I am updating my review to clarify several inaccuracies in the company’s response. The scope of work was very specific: add material only where the truck ruts were and level the affected area. I did not request additional work, changes to grading, or diversion of water from my garage. The team initially did not complete the repairs as paid for, which is why I documented the condition with photos and notes and provided them to my insurance company. After the insurance documentation was submitted, the company returned and completed the work correctly. Instead of addressing the concerns professionally, the company responded to my review by making unfounded accusations of insurance fraud, which is completely false and inappropriate. While the job was eventually completed, the experience involved repeated delays, poor communication, and an unprofessional public response. I recommend future customers get everything in writing and document the work carefully.
