Ethan Rowe came and treated my house for ants ans did an amazing job! He was on time, called before arrival, and was very professional. He explained what type of ants I had, how he was going to treat them, what each product was, and all the products he used were safe for my baby. He wore show protection inside my home, I appreciate that so much since I have a crawling baby and try to keep my floors as clean as possible. He explained the schedule of when he will need to come back, when we should see results, and what to expect in the next few weeks. Ill for sure be recommending him to all my friends, family, and neighbors!

This company was referred to me by a coworker and I'm so glad they were. Tanner came out and took care of the 1,000s of spiders and webs in and around my house. I was very concerned because I have pets and wanted to make sure anything sprayed was safe for them. Tanner was great about telling me what chemicals he was using, assured me they were safe after drying, was super patient while I moved my dogs into and out of a specific room to give other spaces time to dry. He even inspected everything, looking for eveidence of other critters without me asking. He was super friendly, informative, and kind. Nothing but a great experience with Bulwark so far!

Thought I was getting some basic spray dude — nah, bro was straight-up an insect grim reaper dropping the **DING** of doom. He went full raid boss under the house, reading the spiders’ entire family group chat out loud (“Grandma Longlegs left her web on read—deadbeat energy”). Then he yeeted the whole cabinet ant union. Those ants were so extra they had their own ant-itrust drama going on 💀 Bugs saw him and instantly folded. One roach just rolled over like “take me out chief”. He was spitting straight pheromone lore like a TED Talk while I was hyped for the silverfish genocide—turns out they’re just trash at hide and seek fr. House so clean now a random fly heard the 🛎️ and self-deleted mid-flight. Spiders left 0-star Yelp smoke: “pure villain arc, do NOT pull up”. No wonder he’s cracked—he always knows how to web them in 😭 **🛎️ ** 11/10 Call Garrett. Bugs ain’t surviving the vibe check. 🐜💀🕷️🔥

Today Ethan came out to check my termite stations and fog for moles. He adjusted one station because it was coming up out of the ground due to my yard being sloped and the water run off and found a few more mole tunnels to fog. He did a great job and explained everything he was doing.

Garrett from Bulwark showed up like a superhero… except instead of fighting crime, he fights bugs — and honestly, that’s way scarier. This man didn’t just spray and pray. He inspected every nook and cranny like the bugs owed him money. I’m pretty sure the spiders packed their bags mid-visit and started looking for apartments across town. Garrett was professional, knowledgeable, and somehow made talking about pest control entertaining. I learned more about ants than I ever planned to in my lifetime, and now I feel emotionally prepared for battle. If you’re debating pest control — stop. Just call Garrett. The bugs won’t stand a chance. 10/10 would evict insects again. 🐜🚫

I have not had a single pest problem since hiring Bulwark several years ago. Austin seems to do a very thorough job in the analysis of what treatment is needed and the application. Also love that he gives me a 30 minute notice prior to arriving, so I can make sure my dog has any outside needs taken care of and is back inside before he arrives.

Zero Stars!!! Do NOT USE this company!!! My home was infested with brown recluse spiders and I found bulwark online. I told them I was already bit by a brown recluse in the past and had to have surgery. I also told them I have 4 kids so safety was a huge concern. I gave them 4 months, the spiders did not slow down, there were no changes, and eventually I had spiders coming out of my freaking light switches!!! I called a different company and at the first visit they removed my baseboards and all outlet covers to spray into the walls and we did not see another spider. Bulwark tried to bill me again and I declined the bill as they obviously were using bad product. They sent me to collections for the $100 bill. Do not use them, their product is awful. -Henry's in Bixby

With spiders being able to reproduce<br>so quickly it is normal to have to come back out<br>3-5 extra times in that first year and those extra services are always free of charge. The treatment in the wall is<br>something we also perform as a company on the very first service as it<br>helps to flush out the frame of the home. Bulwark makes you feel like criminals, tries to nickel and dime you plus they have zero trust for their own employees. I asked for the same technician to be sent again when on the phone making the appointment, which the employee argues with me about and then they acted like they went through with my request, yet a STRANGER shows up at my door at the last minute. It was a very odd phone call originally when making the appointment because they tried to act like their previous technician whom I really trusted in my home and found to be effective was somehow giving away their services for free which is untrue, offensive and immediately showed me their distrust in their own employees. As a business owner myself, this is highly alarming. I still have the same pests in my home morning after the service was rendered almost 24 hours ago and I usually would see die off by now. Will be going back to being serviced by THRIVE PEST CONTROL because they were transparent and never argued about services or nickel and dimed me or attempted to mislead me about their technicians. Cannot recommend

Absolutely Terrible!!! Nothing they used worked. Employees even stated the bait the company uses has NEVER worked. They have been out multiple times and problem seems worse after.three months. I have used other services in other rent houses and problem was absolutely over after.2 visits. and never had the problem again. They have been here 4 times and no positive outcome. bugs are worse and I eventually paid for my own ant bait from walmart and it worked better and roaches are.worse and bigger. Don't waste your money or time.

During the first year of service it is really<br>normal to see extra activity because each treatment will kill about<br>10-15% of the total population. That's why all honest and reputable<br>companies request at least a year of service to gain control. While<br>store bought products can work temporarily, they are meant for spot<br>treating, not long-term control. Our products are preventive and last<br>about 45-60<br>days; over time, they greatly reduce pest populations. Some pests take more work<br>than others, but we are willing to come out as much as needed at no<br>additional charge. We have new construction on acreage and need monthly extermination for both our home and another new building located on the property both inside and out. Started out very satisfied with this company, but the last several months have had extreme difficulty scheduling. One time they came and did the outside only. Another time they came and the truck sat outside for 10 minutes, decided to randomly cancel the appointment, and left. We specifically talked with them and they assured us we would not have any more problems, then they messed up scheduling again. We have had repeated problem with pests and a member of our household even got stung by a scorpion despite their MONTHLY extermination services. Every time a tech comes we are given different info. Lacks in customer service and makes it hard to do business with them.

They sent one guy to my house that looks like he smokes crack. The corporate office and local office always argued about what they did and didn’t do. They tried to say treating under the house was spraying for 2 seconds into a side entrance. I would tell them not to spray and they would anyway. On top of all that when I tried to cancel they said I owe money after paying in advance. Would recommend living with bugs over using Bulwark! I will also add they have a fake review system on their website !

Horrible service. Technician came out for any problem. Walked around the house sprayed a few times and we gave him a credit card number. Call back few days later since no change in the ant problem. They came out stated it was no charge in between services. Technician came out again and he sprayed a little bit more. Next technician came out due to again not much of a change in ants and weather wasn’t real good to really treat outside so he sprayed around sink in the house and said call in a few days if it’s not better and he would come out and retreat and also treat yard. Called yesterday spoke to two people they put us on the schedule for 9-12. 12:10 I call and was informed appt is automatically cancelled if there is a balance on acct. no one out of all of these appts have ever mentioned a balance. Far as we knew when we gave credit card at initial it was taken care of and no one bothered to call before cancellation to talk about balance. This company doesn’t want to treat your pests they just want your money. Horrible service.

I caught them not completing my regular service. The tech was at my home for less than 5 minutes. I called immediately and was lied to by a service rep stating it was not my regular service but a "FREE" courtesy call. I told her I received an email stating it was my regular scheduled service and also checked online. She assured me it wasnt and I wouldnt be charged. I checked my back account and I was indeed charged the regular service price. They had been good until now.

3rd time being scheduled and no showed THIS MONTH! No curtesy call. Someone just moved my appointment and I sat and waited 3 hrs each time then spent an hour on hold each time. So 9hrs waiting on a tech and 3 hrs on hold WITHIN 3 WEEKS! They did offer me 25% off my next service...if that ever happens! So basically they value my time at $18.50/12hours!
