I’ve been very happy with Bugman. I switched to them from another company and it’s a night and day difference! They got rid of the spider and bug issues fast - it made me wonder why I had stayed with the other company so long. Everyone in the company is polite and goes above and beyond.

Our first experience and treatment with Bugman was great. Bryan addressed all our concerns, answered our many many questions, and left us feeling that we were in very good hands. Update: We’ve been using Bugman for a few months now and have met all (I believe) of the technicians, and they are every one of them wonderful: efficient, thorough, respectful, and excellent communicating any developments in our house and yard. Kendell was here yesterday for our monthly maintenance, and he was top notch! I expect nothing less. Highly recommend! Additional update- Jared (not sure of the spelling) serviced our home yesterday. He is always so kind and thorough!

2/11/26. Once again excellent service and we love all the technicians. Thorough, fast, efficient. They cover everything, inside and out, set up mouse traps inside and out, if you have bird feeders, like I do, that can attract mice, etc, it's great to have someone monitoring that activity. I do quarterly treatment and if I have any incursions in between treatments I know I can call and Bugman will come take care of it. Previous review: They really are the best. Nicest folks you'll ever meet. Very thorough and very effective. Kendell was my technician, he's been here many times. Always explains what he finds and where he found the pests and handles them, including mice traps in my garage and under my deck. One less thing to worry about. Thank You Bugman!!

The Bugman has been taking care of our home, and our rental properties for over 20 years. They go above and beyond, not only helping us deal with insects, mice, wasps, bees, moles but kept me from selling my home by getting the raccoons out of our attic 😃. All their technicians have been courteous, and always available to answer questions and concerns. Johnny takes care of our home. He is like a ray of sunshine (that kills bugs).

We’ve absolutely loved working with Bugman! Their team is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help. In addition to our monthly services, they’re always able to come out whenever we need them — sometimes even the same day! We’re moving soon and will definitely be continuing our service with them at our new home. Highly recommend!
