Travis Drake is my mother in laws pest service guy and I couldn't ask for anyone better. He is kind, and easy to talk to has never made her feel uncomfortable unlike the other pest guys she has experienced. He has always been respectful and thoughtful of her home and animals. She hopes to never have a different pest service or service guy!!

I appreciate the service, but I was not happy with the appearance of my home after my treatment. I was told the bedding would be bagged up, it was thrown on the floor. As well as the couch cushions and pillows. I understand the bed had to be cleaned, but I was not told it would be left the way it was- also everything on the floor. Nothing I was told of how it would go with me belongings, actually happened.

Russell does a great job and is very thorough and easy to communicate with.

I have absolutely no complaints with All-State Pest Control. All three of the young men who provided service at my home have been wonderful. Josh who provides my service now even checked a birds nest on my porch to see if it had eggs or baby birds in it. Now that's what I call going beyond the call of duty

Russell did a great job servicing our house and he really went the extra mile to show he cares about what he does and to ensure we didn’t have problems with any of the pests we were dealing with. I have to say he even got rid of an active yellow jacket nest that we were having problems with and made sure to leave me all his info just in case if we needed anything else. 10/10, would recommend for all your pest control needs!

We live at the lake and we've used Allstate Termite & Pest Solutions for almost 2 years and they're fantastic! Before I started using this service I thought pest control was pretty expensive. I was expecting to pay a whole lot more than we do. I called around getting quotes before choosing Allstate and other services do charge quite a bit especially to come out every month. I think the 1st time Russell came out it was barely over $100 just to get started with monthly service and after the 1st visit it's been $98 each month. Totally affordable if you've checked into Pest Control you know that's a great price to pay monthly. Russell is awesome, he's very thorough, punctual, trustworthy, and he puts up with my 2 big dogs jumping all over him with a smile on his face. He spends almost an hour every time he comes. He really takes this service to another level. If I see any spiders or feel like he needs to come back out after my monthly treatment all I have to do is text him or call the office and its free of charge no questions asked. I really am and have been impressed with the company and our technician. If you're having issues with Pest Control Allstate is a top rate company and they don't rip you off and take advantage of your needs. Thanks Russell we really appreciate you sir! We have been AllState Pest Solutions clients for over 1 year. Our technician Russell has a strong work ethic & is committed to making sure our home & yard are pest free, which is more difficult since we live on the banks of Oologah Lake. Prior to his scheduled appointment arrival time, he sends a text with his eta. Russell is very thorough & knows what product is right for our home inside & out. Our biggest pest problems are spiders & small & large centipedes. Our scheduled bi-monthly treatment provides the protection to control these pests. Inside, Russell sprays & places sticky pads at the doors & other high traffic pest entry areas. Russell also treats our yard & out buildings with pellets. When finished he sends a text with details & pictures of what he treated. We truly appreciate Russell’s commitment & thoroughness. Another aspect of AllState Pest Solutions we enjoy is their auto billing/payment option. AllState Pest Solutions is a service we are thankful to have.

Great experiences. Russell has been out to our house multiple times going above and beyond for maintenance and problem services! Answered all of our questions and taken care of our concerns! Our bag worm problem has been explosive this year so he sprayed very well and didn’t just blow off our requests. Customer service and professionalism is outstanding with this company!!
