His outstanding customer service really stood out, and he went above and beyond to help fix our sprinkler system and ensure everything was working properly. I would be ashamed of the job your crew does at Northcliff Gardens. That big zero trun lawnmower screws up the grass. The grass is all butchered up because the blades are probably dull. You are not landscaping you are mowers. Do a better job. Take pride.

Absolutely horrible communication skills, Marlene did not follow up after multiple emails and phone calls. Had to find somebody else would not recommend this company. I called and emailed you back and left messages with your office and you never responded, you never left a voicemail.

Robert is the technician that services my lawn most of the time. He called me today to discuss some issues with my lawn to make sure everything was OK. He always goes the extra step to make sure we’re satisfied with their service.

Despite the ups and downs, I had at the beginning, Marlene has been absolute amazing, helpful, informative, kind, professional and understanding. Zack is now my permanent tech for my home, and he has been great! He has followed all of my requests. Sometimes the company isn't bad, is the people that works there that leave a bad reputation for the company. Thanks to Marlene, she made it clear Turf Works is there for the customers and did everything in her power to make it right and assigned a tech that would do it right. Looking forward for many years of services with Turf Works. UPDATE – 07/06/2026 Unfortunately, I have now canceled my lawn treatment services with TurfWorks. While I appreciated the efforts that were made in the past, the quality of service declined over my last several treatments. The weeds in my yard were not being properly treated, despite me bringing the issue to the company’s attention multiple times. Each time I was assured it would be corrected, but I never saw any improvement. As a customer, I should not have to review my security camera footage after every visit just to verify that the service was actually performed correctly. A couple of weeks ago, I called and asked to speak with Marlene regarding my ongoing concerns. I was told she was on vacation and would return the following Monday. I never received a call back. Today, after receiving my cancellation confirmation, I was informed by email that Marlene is actually out of the office due to surgery. Receiving conflicting information only added to my frustration and further reduced my confidence in the company’s communication. I gave TurfWorks multiple opportunities to resolve these issues, but after repeated unsuccessful attempts, I decided to cancel my service. I genuinely appreciate the help Marlene provided in the past and wish her a speedy recovery. However, the overall decline in service quality and lack of consistent communication ultimately led to my decision.

Robert was great! He checked in with us and ensured we didn’t have any questions or concerns.

Sterling did an excellent job and I would hire him again.

Robert understood my concerns about spraying weed block /fertilizer near my flowerbeds around the perimeter of the home and was very careful to address my concerns today. It's also been noted that the request to be careful with subsequent sprays to be added to my account. Good job Robert!

The technician Sterling was on time, prompt and very professional. Checked my outdoor lawn sprinkler system, made adjustments and replaced sprinkler heads that weren't working.

Ever and his trainee arrived at my house to do some flower bed maintenance. I almost didn't want them to see my back flower beds which was full of weeds. As always they pitched in and tackled the job. Ever took the west side of the yard and the trainee the east. The trainee worked as hard as Ever and it took them a few hours to get every thing out, when they finished it was a pleasure to once again look out on my back beds. I am always happy to see workers from Turf Works because I know they will do a great job. Thanks guys for your hard work.

Our aeration service with Robert was great. He introduced himself, explained the process and made suggestions to improve the lawn once the aeration was complete.

Cesar and robert just aerated my lawn today and did an amazing job I went out to speak to them and they took the time to answer any questions I had. Turf works also does a great job when spraying my lawn which is now weed free!!!

Sterling did an excellent job explaining the way our irrigation system works. Answered every question and got them all taken care of to ensure the yard and plants would get proper water. Did everything I could’ve asked of him and his help to do!
