Where to start. Well I’ve been using Moxie since 2023. In November they had a literal child come out to do an attic inspection driving a Moxie vehicle. First he made us wait 30 minutes while he finished a phone call while standing in the drive way yammering on his phone. He said I had a mouse infestation and it was going to be $20,000 to rectify. Quickly called up my handyman who rushed over to check because he was in the attic only a few weeks before. No mouse infestation from a trusted source.

We sat here all day. Never saw the guy show up. He was supposed to do the front and backyard. The lock on the back gate was not locked yet in his report he says he did not do the back. Why not?
