I was an Aptive customer for over 2 years, until I started watching them on my home cameras and saw how little.they actually did. In addition, they would auto schedule appointments during times when my agreement called for no service, and they would not notify me until it was too late to cancel via the automated system. When I called in to cancel my appointment the last time the customer service rep was not very nice so I canceled my service. That .ade the rep very unhappy so he just canceled

We signed up May 2024, received initial treatment days later, and were pleased with the results. Fast forward to the last few months / weeks in trying to get service, we were scheduled 2x and no one showed up. After the first no-show I rescheduled it and then today was their second no-show. I’d try to utilize the online scheduling but always ended up calling, of which I would always speak with someone in a loud call center who spoke broken English. This complicated things. Complete scam and they planted some kind of bug/ant attractant in and around my mailbox. Causing tons of ants to swarm my mail. All because I turned their service down. This occurred on the second high pressure visit to my home. I guess Brody thinks I’ll call and hire them in desperation to get the ants off my mail. Unbelievable. I guess he didn’t realize I have cameras all around my property! Attached is one phone after I had killed many..Should’ve taken up close photo of the thousand of ants.
