I had my lawn treated by Don’s All Green and they sent out a technician named Dominque, and this young man did an exceptional job in applying my green treatment. First, his approach was very respectful and his desire to answer any questions I had. And be covered my front and back lawn evenly with the green treatment, with very little overspray on my fence and driveway. Dominque, you did a great job!!
Dominque J always performs a great and consistant service on my lawn control.

Been with Don’s for several years. Things are fine unless you need to contact them, then nothing but problems! Only way you have a chance for them to answer the phone is if you select new customer. Lawn care service good, customer service not so good! Moving on to another company!

I just had my yard sprayed by Don's Lawn. River P. was so friendly and listened to what I wanted done. They always do a great job. Also the girls in the office go out of their way to help with the paperwork and appointments.

I’ve had a very bad experience with this lawn care company. There is a serious lack of customer service, and my concerns have not been taken seriously or addressed in a timely way. I requested treatment for a specific area of my yard, and instead they treated other areas and killed many spots, leaving several dead patches in the lawn. On top of the poor quality of work, there is constant pressure to add extra services or “tip” their employees, which feels unprofessional and pushy. Because of the damage to my yard, the upselling, and the poor communication, I would not recommend this company. After using this lawn care service for over a year, my yard looks worse than it did when I was taking care of it myself. I don’t believe they are providing the full services they promise, and the results certainly don’t match what was advertised. My grass was greener and much healthier when I handled it on my own, and I had fewer weeds than I do now under their care. Overall, I’m very disappointed in the decline of my yard’s appearance and cannot recommend this company.
I recently requested a quote from this company, and scheduled a call for noon as I work late nights and hence sleep later in the mornings. I started receiving texts from Curtis White at 8:45am and they continued for an hour before I couldn't sleep through the notifications anymore and responded letting them know I'd be declining service as they can't follow simple instructions, Curtis must have thought that he was really cute completely disregarding that all kinds of people have all kinds of schedules and replied with "LOL-K." I didn't expect anyone to beg for my business, I really didn't expect a response at all but most professionals would just say "Thank you for your time"and move on about their day, but it's obvious these people are anything but professional. I'll be happy to spend my money elsewhere. Since the manager was quick to defend the unprofessionalism of the salesman I've added screenshots showing that the appointment was in fact scheduled for 12pm and a reminder was sent from Don's an hour in advance, so no he was not trying to give me info based on my quote request. We never actually spoke or asked me any questions about what we needed. There's a reason a scheduled a CALL. I canceled it after our interaction because I no longer have an interest in your business. His attitude makes a lot of sense seeing what the leadership is like now.

It is not our intention to cause any undue stress or frustration for our clients or potential clients. Our sales guy was trying to get you the information per the estimate request, as the request for a call at noon never came through on our calendar. I will be reaching out soon to speak with you about this experience.
I purchased the 7-treatment package and even paid for an additional recommended service. By the third treatment, I started telling the technicians that I wasn’t seeing any positive changes in my yard. I also called the office multiple times to share my concerns. The technicians agreed that my lawn should look better by now, but the office staff repeatedly told me to “trust the process.” After completing all the applications—plus the extra ones they convinced me to add—my lawn still looks terrible. When I reached out to ask about their “crazy guarantee,” no one answered, so I sent a text. The response I got was two random photos that weren’t even from the same areas of my yard, along with a claim that my lawn “does look better.” Michelle eventually called me back and explained that their guarantee is based on their opinion of whether my lawn has improved—not mine. So just to be clear, the “crazy guarantee” they advertise as “If you’re not CRAZY HAPPY with the visual improvement” really means that if they think you should be happy, that’s good enough for them. After all the money I spent, I could have gone to the store and treated my yard myself. Very disappointed in their customer service.

I finally wised up and canceled the lawn service. After repeated issues, continuous weeds for years, poor communication, lack of transparency, and the inability to honor what’s in the contract and what they verbally said. I’ve decided to move on and do it myself for a much cheaper rate. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will continue to plea with my neighbors and community members to go with a different service that is more trusting, reliable and honest. You will not get the result you want.

Very poor experience. I paid them to spray my lawn for poison ivy. There were no noticeable effects the first time, and so I asked them to come out again. Supposedly they did, but there was no communication with me, and so I don’t know if that happened or not. I spoke with them a third time, and the technician came out while I was home, so I was able to point out the problem areas. He was there for a very short period of time, and shortly thereafter, I got an email about needing to pay the bill so that it would not be sent to collections. I did, but the job was not done right, so I’m going to just do it myself. Total waste of money. Here are pictures of my very healthy poison ivy after three supposed sprays.

We had a lawn care contract with Don’s for for close to 30 years and they were able to take care of weeds but when it comes to lawn pests, they are a little lacking. The photos show a nice lawn but something was eating the grass. They have tried to blame this on us and refuse to make it right. They have been telling us that grub worms are the problem, but I haven’t seen grubs in the soil. I have seen other bugs but they didn’t seem to care, barely even looked at it. I admit I wasn’t very nice to their guy but he had his mind up before he arrived but he was saying the same thing he said last year and the year before. I fired them today I know there are lots of other companies so, I will have a “Nice Lawn” again!

My husband and I have been long-time customers of Don's, and we are disappointed with the service we received today. Eric V. came to apply a post-emergent treatment (our seventh service for the year), and while he was pulling his hose back to his truck, he broke two branches off the shrubs planted near our driveway. If he had placed his hose on the opposite side of the shrubs, rather than laying it over the tops, he could have easily avoided damaging them.

These guys sound good when you talk to him on the phone but when it comes down to it they're not worth the hassle. After four or five times of them coming out I still had Dallas grass in my backyard so I called and requested a spot spray. They come out sprayed didn't notice any difference over the next month. I called them again and they tell me they can't come out and spray again till it cools off. When I signed up I was told they would come out and spray anytime after the 4th or 5th application that I noticed weeds and that has not been true. Play try to tell me the Bermuda grass will choke out the Dallas grass but there's not enough Bermuda grass to do anything. As you can see in the pictures my backyard is still full of Dallas grass after paying them to take care of it all summer nothing but a waste of money.

As such, we offered to spray your DallisGrass for Free even though you are no longer a client. You declined this offer, and We wish you all the best!
**update** You're correct Stephanie! I received ONE call from you after I wrote my review after numerous calls and txt.... What I've gathered from this situation.. * Kyle and Stephanie agree that it's normal for flea and tick treatment to fry anything growing in your backyard. The plants and flowers will live they'll just be brown, black and crusty with burnt buds = no blooms. Gotcha. * Kyle will only refund your money for this damage if you "DO NOT POST PICTURES". Gotcha. * Don's technicians will power wash your plants/ flowers in the heat of the day while standing on them (camera footage) * They will ignore your calls and messages until you write a review. Gotcha. Now refund the money I paid you guys to destroy my garden 🤷🏻♀️ - I will update post DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They came out to do a flea and tick treatment and burnt up all my flowers! I/2 my garden turned brown, crusty and some black. I called to report the incident and Kyle the "field manager" was completely rude with no remorse for the damage done to my property. Like most customers with a passion for gardening anyone can understand just how devastating this is. A lot of time and money goes into this. The company had requested pictures which I sent. Kyle told me he would replace any plants they died and acted like this was normal. Told me he couldn't "sprinkle fairy dust" and make my garden better. I asked that he reimburse me for what I paid the company to fry my garden to which he replied "I'll do that for you if you DON'T POST YOUR PICTURES" - tells me everything I need to know about this company. I've called multiple times including today to talk to someone else but they've ignored me. I’m done losing my peace over this, although I do every time I step outside and I'm reminded. I thought about just going to the office and showing my face but nothing will change the FACE of this business. DO NOT USE THEM and tell this story! Show my pics of all my hard work ruined this year from their negligence. Including the pic of the technician standing on my hostas while power washing them in the heat of the day (3:00pm) I have full footage of him. USE ANOTHER COMPANY. These people don't care. This is just a few of many pics.. I'm still finding damage.

I have tried to reach out a couple of times to speak with you and we keep missing each other. We did do a flea and tick treatment for you, and that does require spraying along the fence line, on trees, bushes and vegetation, including the lawn. That is where these pests live. There was no malice intentions on our part. The spray can cause some loss of leaves but should not kill the overall plant. ** Update** Dons finally came out. They found grubs in our front yard. They asked for an apology. We did see the Grubs with the sample they took. However that does not explain why our whole front yard is damaged and there’s a define line between our yard and our neighbors. Grubs don’t stop at a property line. We think the grubs is a secondary problem. I hate to do this.. But I think it's necessary. We want to warn others. We changed our lawn care company to Dons Lawn & Weed Control. We changed because we liked the green dye they use for the first treatment and it appeared that they fully cover the grass with spray. They came out early spring and they sprayed our lawn. But, they only sprayed the front yard. We called to let them know that only our front yard was sprayed. They reported that their technician ran out of spray and will return and do the back yard at a later date. They returned a few days later to finish the job in our back yard.. Skip forward to now.. Most of our grass is dead in the front and our lawn in the backyard is alive and green. Our Neighbors yard is green and doing well. We contacted Dons Lawn & Weed Control x2. They said a manager would call us back..No one called us back. We recently hired a professional to assess our lawn. The professional believes Dons Lawn & Weed control didn't clear their lines and weed killer was sprayed throughout our front yard. The professional said we don't have bugs like grubs or bag worms, and no fungus. In one of the pictures you can clearly see that our neighbors grass is green and healthy. It's a straight line down our properties. Worms, fungus and any other lawn issue would not cause a literal straight line divide. It's clearly from spray. I also included a before picture (its the last picture) of what our lawn looked like last year in May.

Hey Kaitlyn, we appreciate you updating this. Grubs can quickly overtake an entire front lawn, and we see this happen dozens of times every year when lawns are not being treated for grubs. And grubs do stop at property lines anytime one neighbor has regular grub treatments and the other does not. Have you asked your neighbor if they've treated for grubs?
