Dylan came and did a pest inspection for my house was very thorough and professional. They were able to get me on their schedule. quickly, and I received my report the same day.
Terry is very professional, knowledgeable, and sincere. He knows his stuff!
Called them and told the answering service that the inspector needed a ladder to access the attic. The appointment was for 0800 to 0900. Inspector arrived at 0920. No ladder to access attic. Wanted to reschedule later in the day. We work for a living and can't wait around for the inspector. I give them no stars. Show up on time and prepared to work. Dont cost me time. Ill call some one else.

We called them out to deal with a mole and they stated they would perform lawn treatment to make the soil unfavorable to the mole as well as bait and trap. The only thing that was done was continual baiting and even in places that were no mole activity could be seen. One of them that they continually pointed out as mole activity was the water run off from the roof where it had created a small erosion pattern. I ended up taking care of the situation myself. Just be aware that you have to pay $419 for the initial fee and then you have to pay for an additional 4 months on top of that at $69. So in total for no success or even full execution of what was stated I paid $695.

I had a very bad experience with berrett pest control On October I started the service and I paid 199$ for the service and the guy only came one time… And since October they’re trying to charge me 45$ every month and I’m not receiving any service And now they’re saying that I owe 135.68$ And since I get the plan the guy only came 1 time, when I called they said that they didn’t know that the guy only came 1 time since I get the plan. And now their saying that if I don’t pay the amount of 135.68 they’re will be turning the balance over to a collection agency. They are just trying to charge for a service that never happened So what kind of service is this?
We were told that the bugs were gone and we apparently brought them to our next house out of state. They pretty much ignored us and said our time was up. We had to pay another company the same amount that we paid which was not cheap, Well over $1000 dollars. Definitely disappointed and dissatisfied.

So far not a good look, I called this morning (12/15) and got put on the schedule for someone to come out the same day they said they would arrive between 11am-5pm, okay no problem. I called at 2:30pm to see if I could get an ETA and they couldn’t get ahold of the technician. So I went to check my kid out early from school to make sure I would be home when they came.. get home and someone calls and said the technician will actually not be coming and nobody can come until Friday (12/19)… if that was the case I would have called around to other companies and wouldn’t have signed their 4 month contract….

My experience with Barrett Pest Control was a mess from start to finish. I signed up for their “quarterly” plan, and they only showed up once. After that one visit, my pest issue didn’t improve — it actually got worse. Trying to get basic information, like when I’d be billed, was its own headache. Every time I asked, I got vague windows and roundabout answers instead of an actual billing date. Then came the follow-up appointment I scheduled: I was told they called and “reached me,” yet I had no call, no missed call, nothing. Then they canceled the appointment anyway and emailed me afterward. That was enough for me. I canceled the contract early, paid the remaining two months as the cancellation fee, and moved on. The new company I hired fixed the problem immediately — which really speaks for itself. Reading through the reviews here afterward has been… interesting. The amount of glowing, overly positive reviews is a little alarming. Are they truly reflective of real experiences? Are they from actual customers, or just family and friends? Maybe I just had a rare bad experience like a few others mentioned, or maybe those “perfect” experiences aren’t as universal as they appear. Hard to say. Either way, this is my honest experience. I’ve moved on.
Honestly everything was good until it wasn't. We had bed bugs after my daughter went on a trip to Ohana Resort in OKC. After researching, Barrett came and did an inspection and quoted us a pretty hefty amount. Because we were selling the house we went ahead and did it. We were told that they were all gone. We did see some bugs again which they said we might but it's only because of the chemical they used. We moved to a house, brand new 2025 a few weeks later that had never been lived in. We saw a bug on a wall. Well of course we got it inspected and it was bed bugs. We texted the company but were told they could not do anything because we were out of the warranty. I understand but if the problem is still there they should be able to do something. Honestly I'm super frustrated because we need to pay another company a substantial amount of money to get rid of a problem that should not be there. We even followed every step by even washing everything we had at a laundry mat. Yes we live super clean and even with moving into a new house this should not be a worry. I wish they would do better on this part. 😐

We had our initial visit back in May 2025. Due to our home being under construction, I have called each month to reschedule follow up treatments each time prior to the scheduled visit. However, we have been charged $45 each month with No services received. Incredibly disappointed in the professionalism and integrity.

When I called to schedule the appointment I specifically asked for a bee hive removal and it was confirmed that they can take care of it. The next day the tech Matt Knight messaged me from his personal cell introducing himself and confirming the appointment. I confirmed and he responded back with thank you. I waited around 3 hours and messaged for an ETA that he never responded nor answered my calls to update me. I had to call the office today to see what’s going on and was told they cancelled the appointment because they do not take care of bee hives. Basically, wasted my time, energy waiting around because someone didn’t do their job nor the tech or their office had the care to call and explain. Will never use this company for any services.
I was charged for the service that never happened. Scheduled one week ahead for the time I was available. Waited for the guy to come, got all confirmation emails and texts that he is on the way, and he never came. I waited for 3h but no one even ringed door bell or knocked the door or neither they my number they have on file. I called today and there was not that much empty to my surprise, neither lady offered me to schedule at the time it’s convenient for me. Update: it’s getting only worse. I was changed for the service on the first day, when the person didn’t show for treatment. It was rescheduled for today and I got charged again for the termite warranty I opt not to have… I wish I could subtract a star, but there is none left.

My experience with Berrett Pest Control was extremely disappointing. The door-to-door salesperson clearly stated (and I have Ring camera footage to prove it) that they offer a 4-month contract, unlike “most companies” that require a year or two. However, when I tried to cancel after four months, I was told it was actually a year-long contract. The service itself was poor. They did not perform the treatments as advertised. Inside, they barely sprayed around the baseboards in the main living areas. Outside, they lightly sprayed the exterior instead of following their own stated process of spraying “3 feet up, 3 feet out from the base of the home, treating window seals & eaves, spraying 10–15 feet out into the yard, dusting weep holes, sweeping eaves for webs and wasp nests, and placing glue boards in the garage, kitchen, and bathrooms.” None of this was done thoroughly. Overall, I feel misled on both the contract terms and the quality of service.
