Company is taking unauthorized amounts off my card hadn’t used service in over 6 months keep calling they refuse to refund even stating I have balance will not remove charges or my card on file I am taking them to court the Facebook ad is a scam and very misleading alot of persuasion.

Would not recommend, been trying to even diminish the bug presence since we moved into our house started with trublu and so far it's no help and a waste of money. They rush through spraying and miss tons of spots almost always forget the garage. I've called for resprays and have been trying to communicate with multiple people on what can be used between retreatments because the product they use isnt doing much but have received many mixed answers. This is my first experience with a pest control specialist and I've received little to no help with my issues, I would not recommend.

They have been excellent over the past few years and do a great job of communicating and taking my feedback. They also are very flexible when I need to reschedule for inside spraying. Customer service is outstanding and the people have been great. Thank you

Jessie is the best! He covers everything, very knowledgeable- I’ve used TruBlue for quite awhile. They have always down great work! We have farm animals and they have been around this stuff and haven’t had one problem. Or the humans! 😂

I just got charged $99 for a service, I didn’t ask for. Then when I called, more than once, there was no manager that I could talk to anywhere. It’s says on website Money back guarantee, but Lilly the woman who answers the phone said,she couldn’t help me. Finally talking to Cameron the very rude manager, as well. She said, I would get my refund and would cancel my contract. Which is great,but NOW THIS COMPANY keeps sending me messages saying I OWE them $160!!! Not only that ,They blocked my number from even calling them,but THEY ARE STILL HARASSING ME!! DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!

They do a great job. Best pest company I have had and I have tried several. Highly recommended.

I have been a satisfied TruBlu customer for a year now. They have been very professional and reassuring. As a new homeowner, I tried to remove a few wasp nests myself with varying levels of success. I can tell from experience that it is better to leave that to the pros.

Jesse came and sprayed today Sept. 5th, 2022. Can't say enough about him. He was knowledgeable, polite, talkative, thorough. The dog loved him! I'm very pleased and confident the services i received will work. I done an fb review as well. I will do a review in a couple of weeks. I also love that the chemicals are not harmful to pets and I can't smell the chemicals either.
