We found a mouse in the laundry room and knew we needed help fast. Technician Zach was friendly from the moment he arrived. He inspected the entire home instead of only treating the obvious area. He explained why the problem happened and how to keep it from returning. Everything was handled professionally and neatly. We haven't seen any rodents since the visit. The customer service was excellent throughout the process. I would definitely call them again

I had a problem with rodents in the garden. The technician arrived on time and gave clear explanations. The treatment didn’t fully eliminate the issue right away, but after a follow-up visit, everything was under control. Great customer service overall.

We had ants all over our patio and kitchen, and it was driving me crazy. The technician showed up with a smile and explained everything clearly. He worked quickly but took his time to make sure every spot was treated. Within two days, the ants were gone! He even checked in afterward to see how things were going. Such great customer care! I’d recommend them to everyone.

This company was required to come to my apartment twice because of 2 separate issues. The first time he was over an hour later and then did nothing in my apartment, even blew off the concerns I had about the building. The second time he came to do a service, I have a camera in my apartment, he did not do the service he was there to do, didn’t even enter my apartment further than the first room which is my kitchen. My camera showed my entire apartment after the first room, this is how I know he didn’t even enter my apartment. Again, he also blew off my concerns about the rest of the building. I would never recommend them to anyone, I actually would warn against using them if you have a serious issue. It was the same man both times so maybe it was just him being careless & lazy but the level of professionalism is laughable & they did absolutely nothing to help me. Will be calling the health department and including my video of him not doing anything while I was forced to leave my apartment for 4 hours with my 4 children.

I am extremely impressed with Mauger Exterminating. I called them for a pest problem, small Beatles in my home; and they were able to identify the beatle by a picture. After identifying the insect they instructed me how to rid my home of the pest myself. I greatly appreciated their honesty.
