Terminix

If I could give zero stars I would. It has been a horrible experience. The house inspector came out to my house and told me he was going to charge me $50 extra to add on some additional services and I said okay absolutely I look and I have a charge for $308 instead. I have called multiple times about it. They said he completely rewrote my contract and they sent me the new contract which has like three different numbers that I'm supposed to pay but none of them are the same so that looks shady. A

Terminex has been treating my unit since November 2021. It’s now May 2022. The pictures are today. They have not gotten rid of the roaches. There are a lot more pics I didn’t post of roaches. Terminex was called and asked to come treat my unit and I would pay myself. They hung up the phone. Not professional. This unit is a condo and HOA fees are paid each month. The management company is Community Firm and they are currently paying terminex to treat the unit. BUT terminex refused individual pay

Still have lot of termite after 2 months treatment. Call them the first month after still see the termite, they said it takes at leaat over three months to get rid of termite, i doubt about it. 2 months later still see termite, call them concern about they treat the wrong spot, they should put chemical in the front of the house instead of drilling holes on the side. They came and put chemical in the front, i checked termite after 1 week later. All termite is gone. I have to tell them how to tre
