We have used Sure Shot for about 6 years. They have always done a good job for us. Garrett came out to our house yesterday to do the general pest treatment. He was quick, thorough, and friendly. 5 stars for Garrett!

We’ve been using them for weed control and pest control for about 2 years. They come out quarterly for the yard without being called, send an invoice over, and we are done. I don’t have a contract for pest control but they come out when I call and we won’t have any problems for months. I usually spray in the beginning of the year and then summer and that’s it. They also treated our yard for fire ants when we first moved in. There were massive mounds in our front yard and they came out twice to treat and we have never seen them again. They make it super easy! The price is also very reasonable, considering all they do for you and how simple they make the process! Thanks Garrett!!

We love Sure Shot! Garrett has been spraying our house for a couple years now and it’s always a great experience!

We have used Sure Shot for years and now have no issues with pests. I really like that I can reschedule easily online or via text. Garrett came out today and was great as always. I don’t think our tech has ever been late from Sure Shot and today was no different. They always arrive in the timeframe quoted which I also really appreciate.

As usual, Garrett is a pleasure to work with. He recently performed our quarterly pest control spraying and has been very successful in keeping the bugs away dispite the fact that our property backs up to a half mile square wild lot. Thanks for doing such a good job and thanks for sending a good guy to get it done.

The receptionist here was very unprofessional. I called regarding getting charged when I never called to schedule an appt. I called their office once to set up 1 appt and they sent me an agreement to be enrolled for a program every 3 months. No one went over this with me. The lady who answered hung up on me the 1st time and I called back and she wasn't helpful whatsoever, we will be reporting them to BBB.

I did not sign up for your service. They came onto my property while I was at work and charged me $225 without permission. I'm considering reporting them to the police or the BBB.

The gentleman was very courtious. He was very professional.

Sprayed my fenced in dog run with so much dye that my dogs cannot even go into the yard. Lack of common sense! Done with them!

Downgraded rating as service has gone that way too. Finally, canceled service.

Our grass is ruined due to Sure Shot and I cannot get them to send a technician out to fix what they did. Just started service with Sure Shot in March based off their outstanding reviews. They have sprayed our brand new yard once in March and then again this past Monday (May 22nd). The first application was fine and went well (other than them rescheduling twice). The second application killed our yard. We have a brand new Bermuda lawn that just needed sprayed for weeds. Whatever was sprayed on our lawn the second time killed our grass. Our lawn has now turned yellow and is dying all over. It’s not just the few weeds in our lawn that are dying, it’s our entire half-acre of sod. We are afraid to mow it and send the grass into further shock. We requested that a technician come out (Friday May 26) immediately to diagnose and fix what they did. The general manager said they were going to get someone out to us and then ended the phone call. I never heard back from them or saw a technician during that business day. It’s now Saturday (May 27th) and our lawn is continuing to die and we have no answers, no contact from Sure Shot, and no solution/apology. I’ve left messages on their answering machine with no response. The first picture is what our lawn looked like before they sprayed it, and the second picture is the lawn a few days after the second spraying.
