I had a very unprofessional experience with the staff and found them to be quite rude. After the interaction, I looked through their reviews because the ratings seemed unusually high. I noticed several accounts leaving 5 star reviews for both this Oklahoma location and the same company in Gilbert, Arizona. It seems like an unusual coincidence that so many reviewers appear to have used the same company in two different states and left identical ratings. they delete bad reviews

I recently purchased a new home and this company had been servicing the property prior to my move in with the previous owner. I could tell how well they did and wanted to continue their services for the home. I am very happy with their treatments so far and amazing customer service!! Highly recommend!

I’m giving two stars because in the past they did show up and spray. However, they charge $163 to spray approximately 20 feet consisting of two flowerbeds on either side of my porch and a wall next to my driveway.. For some reason I never heard or saw them the last time they were supposedly here and then charged my credit card. (When I know they’re here they have sprayed my garage and come in the backyard after I unlock the gate.) In any event I decided that I could not afford this service and asked them to terminate it. I then got an email from Drew Kaelin offering to come back out and spray and to reduce the cost to $119. When I sent an email thanking them but telling them I was firm in my decision they wrote an insulting email that I will now cut and paste into this review: “It's your responsibility to unlock the gate. We email 1 week before each visit and text you 3 days before each visit. That's your fault not ours. Good luck out there” (I have since been through my email and my text messages and I don’t have one after April 2025 and this incident occurred July 18, 2025)

PureHome has been wonderful since the get go. First encounter was a home solicitation. I was busy and told the guy I didn’t want to be sold on anything and he said something like, “I understand, do you mind if I leave a card for you in case you need service in the future?” Then he gave me the card and, shockingly, actually just walked away with a polite goodbye. A few months later I started seeing pests and remembered the respectful interaction. I called and talked to Drew and he continued the respect and professionalism. He took time to explain the process and the various treatment options and was genuinely concerned about finding what would work for me. I never felt like he was trying to trick me into some crazy contract or upsell on something I didn’t need. I wasn’t home when the treatment team came but my wife said both men where very friendly and got to work quickly and efficiently, answered her questions, and set expectations for pest activity in the first month. I don’t know if PestHome is the cheapest option or not but I know that, so far, I have not regretted giving them a call. Customer service like this is rare these days.

I do not write many reviews, but as a new homeowner in the OKC area, I was overwhelmed by the pest infestation that came with the new construction property. Fortunately, the dedicated staff of Pure Home came to my rescue promptly and efficiently. Everyone I have interacted with has shown professionalism and extensive knowledge of all the services. I appreciate Garrett's approach to sales; he answered all my questions and was very personable. Drew carried out the first service, explained everything, and respected my family, including my Bull Terrier fur baby, which can be intimidating. Drew has also handled every silly request and question since then. Always having a solution. Brad performed the most recent service; as expected, he showed up with a smile on his face and did an excellent job. I have had no pest issues since and strongly recommend Pure Home.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They have not been easy to work with, and they were not clear about their "contract," which I didn't even want in the first place. Every time I've spoken with someone on the phone they've been disrespectful and unhelpful.

Greg was very thorough and very concientious. He took the time to explain his procedure and how the spray works. So far, I would highly recommend PureHome Pest.

I love that this company answers the phone when I call, and Drew has also been very knowledgeable and gracious with rescheduling. They even have a natural product available for inside your home. This review is a bit late (about 2 months). Garrett came to my door at an imperfect time for me. However, his ability to quickly assess my mood/situation and build a good rapport amidst my personal chaos was outstanding! His friendliness, professionalism, courtesy, and what felt like actual sincerity got him the sale! Garrett was great to talk to and I’m so glad I let him sell me on his company. Next, Greg came to the house and treated me like I treat my friends and family. He was patient and kind and answered all my questions. Greg was efficient and thorough. He reassured me on some details of the service and educated me on things I never thought I’d be asking about. He came inside to do the interior and was very respectful to everyone, including my loud dogs. Greg seems like such a kind, knowledgeable, and caring soul. And then there was Drew. We just recently moved into this home that has a lot of vegetation and plant life … and bugs. I had called the office with some questions and he not only provided me with the information he scheduled another service date at no cost to me. To my surprise, Drew showed up at my house to do the job. This was not because of anything that was wrong or done incorrectly, but to set my mind at ease and make me a happy customer. Drew was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, made me comfortable asking even more questions, and was very professional. These gentlemen have been great to work with and I’m happy to have them educating me. I couldn’t be more pleased with each of them. Garrett, Greg, and Drew - thank you for being the professionals that you are and taking care of my home, family, and fur babies.

Greg just came out and sprayed our house. He explained the whole procedure, and was even cautious of our dogs while he sprayed. I definitely recommend him for anyone wanting a good treatment on their house.
