I recently had an inspection and treatment from Pristine Pest Control, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the first interaction, their customer service was outstanding. The team was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the inspection process and what they were looking for around the property. The inspection itself was extremely thorough, and the technician clearly knew what he was doing. What really stood out was the attention to detail—they went all the way around the house removing spider webs and knocking down wasp nests, not just doing a quick spray and leaving. Even better, the results were noticeable immediately. It was clear they took pride in doing the job right the first time. If you’re looking for a pest control company that delivers great service, a detailed inspection, and real results, I highly recommend Pristine Pest Control. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a home service company.

Excellent service. I had an issue and our apartment manager was right on with getting treatment. The tech came out, treated, and told is about next steps that needed to be done. In our case it was resealing our entire unit. The tech answered our questions and didn't make us feel bad for having pest control. Would highly recommend.

Very professional team. Quickly addressed wasp problem and suggested a solution that was more of a home repair, not a pest treatment. These guys are advocates for holistically addressing pest challenges, not only selling their excellent services.

Reached out for a minor insect problem that I became aware of due to my pets having allergic reactions. Had an honest and knowledgeable conversation. After treatment my house was completely pest free. The allergy issues my dogs were having immediately went away. I’m so grateful for the friendly helpful service.

Pristine Pest was great. We had a scorpion 🦂 issue with Our Tenants with Children. Their customer support number was answered by Dakota - a real human being, they easily scheduled and were on time in Noble. Ishmael us a great service technician who handled the service with professionalism. The billing was simple and easy. We will engage this service provider again.

Annual rodent inspection and spraying for spiders.

Have been using Pristine for a few years now. They always show up and they do a great job. They helped us through a pretty crazy pest issue that we never dreamed of having. Now we keep them coming out on a regular basis and they spray our house, shop, office building, and around our property. We have had zero complaints or issues. I would recommend to them anyone.

I discovered pristine pest control a few years ago while looking for a solution to a horrible bed bug problem. Weston came out and knocked them out in one treatment! Fast forward a couple of years and he came back out to Eradicate a roach infestation. Stellar communication and prompt service. Needless to say I’ll be using them/him till he either goes outta business or I die. lol

Pristine pest control has been our go to service for a variety of different pest problems since I believe 2014. Weston and his crew are very respectful, reliable and always take care of the problems!

They service the apt complex I live at. I have roaches now that I live here and hate it. This month guy shows up for regular treatment, I tell him I found a roach bait that has been working, he then tries to take credit by saying maybe it is a combination of his spray and my bait. He already told me what he sprays is not to kill roaches. Roaches have taken over after that last treatment. Landlord will not hear me when I tell him he is waiting his money on this service. I'm waiting on another shipment of the baits as I write this review.

A roach flush out is not just spray only. Department of Ag will have a hay day with this company.

I appreciate the rapid service, professional communication schedule and the polite staff. There were no hidden fees or contractual agreement for services to be rendered which was a peace of mind knowing we have autonomy over the frequency of visits. Overall, I’m happy we went with a local business and we’ll be using them again for seasonal maintenance. I’d highly recommend to family and friends!

Don't waste your time; they can't even be bothered to schedule you. I spoke to Weston on the phone who seemed great, & he said he would text me to get some info & would confirm an appointment. I immediately replied to the text, & never heard back. I called the next morning, & Weston said he'd call me by end of business that day to get me scheduled. I still never heard back. So I'm questioning how this place is even still in business since I was a confirmed sale that they let get away, ESPECIALLY since I went out of my way to call them back a 2nd time. At least I hadn't made a payment. I used PureHome Pest Control instead & had a great experience with a team who followed through & had great communication.

I would not recommend this place of business as they tell you they will call you and never do. I spoke with Weston after making what they said was an appointment and I guess was not worth doing business with. Sad excuse for a company.

Used them this summer. Quick response, professional. Unfortunately the bugs came back, but would use them again.

Very respectful, informative and was able to go on a payment plan but poor communication and issues with maintaining appointment times. Initial appointment was pushed back 1.5hrs, no big deal was apologized to very polite upon arrival. I did have to keep reaching out to get a report done but was emailed 3days after equipment was placed. Then we needed a trap replaced as it was kicked up by a mower was promised to have it replaced via text+ phone call and scheduled a time to have that done 3x no call no shows, sold the house and gave the new owners all his contact information but a month later still no response nor replacement.
