Presto-X Pest Control

Good morning - I’m trying to help my daughter find a quick and reliable pest control service. She lives in Jenks, OK but I live in California. One way for me to confirm a good service is to read the reviews, which I did for your company. Not sure how I can trust your reviews, however, when at least 2 of those ‘great’ reviews are being given by your own techs. (See following)

I have had the pleasure of working with James Nuss at a 400,000-square-foot property, and for the past three years, I have never had to worry about pests. His expertise and dedication have made a significant difference, and I am now seeking his assistance at another property spanning over 200,000 square feet. James is highly reliable, always easy to reach, and quick to respond whenever assistance is needed. His thoroughness and efficiency set him apart, and my residents truly appreciate his work. Having worked with others in the past, I can confidently say that I wouldn’t want to manage another facility without him on board. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, technician was extremely professional, explained the process with great detail and asked if we had any questions. We have used other companies in the past, with little communication and less than favorable results. We are VERY pleased. Great company, with employees that go above and beyond. 100% recommend.

A huge waste of time. I scheduled service. I was told a tech would be to my house between 8am and noon. I called the morning of for an eta. They said a tech would reach out. Hours later I called back again and was told the same thing. After not hearing back, I was told service was actually scheduled between 7am and 9am. Finally had a call from a local manager. He asked me how they could make it right. I said they could schedule me on a weekend as I, also, work Monday through Friday. He said they don’t usually do that but he was going to see what he could do. Then I said I have a 2nd appointment in 1 week that would also need to be scheduled for a weekend. He then told me it was best I cancelled my services. I have wasted over 5 hours with this company and received nothing for it. Their time is clearly more valuable and have no plan in holding themselves accountable for their own mistakes.

back in june i scheduled this company for my elderly dad through medicade program they did not show up to do anything i called it in they told yhem they did and we werent home thats not true at all taking advantage of ederly isnt good

Showed up without setting a time and I wasn't home then rescheduled and they didn't show or call then I rescheduled again and again didn't show up or call

I usually don’t leave reviews unless I have a really bad experience. I would honestly give the company 0 stars. I canceled my services with ABC (before Presto X took over). I moved out of the house. The owner of the house contacted me saying the new tenant at the house was asking for me. I called Presto X and told them I canceled my account before moving out of the house. They told me it didn’t show it was canceled and canceled it again. I thought that was the end of it. Two weeks later I received an email saying they “serviced” my home at the old address. I called AGAIN, and had to cancel my service AGAIN!!!! Now I am receiving a bill, for what!?!?! I called Dec 21 2023 and the clerk said they removed my balance from my account. Today I received an email “final notice” for the balance. I am now seeking legal council, because it isn’t about the money. This is about bad business practices and the shady nature of the business. I am writing this review as a warning to those considering using this company.
