Brandon came out to start a roach treatment in the house I rent today. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and told me what to expect in the weeks to come and what next steps would be depending on how things went.

Duncan is fantastic, he did a full inspection with me to check for any areas I forgot to mention, made recommendations to help eliminate the pest - took care of the yard and inside my home in a timely fashion. If google had a 10 star option I would select it. even took extra time to wipe areas down to ensure no cobwebs or anything lingered by doors or windows, I've used other pest control companies who just want to dump product and leave, he even made sure when he was finished that I had nothing else I needed him to address. Top notch, you've got a keeper for an employee, treat him well.

I had my home serviced today by Brando. He was very friendly, he educated me on ways to keep my home free from pest. He also provided me with helpful information on keeping the pest away between treatments. He was very knowledgeable about his products and explained how they work. He showed concern when educating me on pets and how to keep them safe with the products he used. I would definitely recommend Pest Defense solutions to my friends , family, and coworkers.
