I have been using Aaron with MVP pest control for years now with my real estate business. I can't say enough good things about him and his techs. They always show up, are professional, and will help in any way they can! They also don't sell unnecessary service plans you don't need and they don't try to convince you to install bait stations which are a scam. Again, I need reputable partners to take care of my buyers and sellers

Isaiah has done my pest control the past 2 times and he has been polite, professional, friendly, courteous, and efficient. He recalled things from the 1st appointment and took care of them the 2nd appointment without me asking, like bringing his own shoe covers. It's easy to schedule appointments and their prices are reasonable.

A company that stands behind their work and inspections. We bought our house in July 2023 and before purchasing the home MVP Pest Control did our termite inspection. At the time of the inspection they found evidence of termites in one of the bedrooms and did treatment at that time. It’s now April 2024 and with the warmer weather we noticed termites around one of the wood posts in our cabana. We called MVP Pest Control back out to inspect the area and they treated it on the spot at no charge. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a company that stands behind their work.

Don’t think place is worth it. I used them for the $150 roach/ full treatment, it made no difference in 2 weeks. I called them to let them know and they said to get another roach treatment for $100. The place I used in Arkansas retreated for free if I had an issue. Update:- So you want the customer to pay $350 dollars for 3 treatments before you can guarantee your work. Sounds like a scam, I will go with someone else and let people on base know about your company.

Our policy for roaches is three total treatments. $150 for the first. $100 each for the follow ups. After 3 treatments we put a guarantee on it. We are very open about that when we are scheduling it. The reason we don’t charge $350 up front, is because most of the time two treatments does the trick. We just don’t guarantee it until 3 treatments are done.<br><br>Roaches have life cycles and we break the life cycle with an IGR which keeps them from reproducing. If eggs hatch after we spray, you will still see some. The IGR last 6 months so the new roaches won’t be able to lay eggs. So after we spray on the follow up, we get them.<br><br>Sorry if you felt mislead but we explain it to everyone when they call and we do guarantee it after 3 treatments.
