We’ve really enjoyed working with Shawn at Mosquito Joe’s. He’s super communicative, both in person and by text, and always makes sure we understand what he’s doing and why. Mosquito Joe is awesome. They communicate well with easy text communication. They have always been responsive and willing to come out and give a booster spray if needed. Brendan went above and beyond as a tech. I appreciate him texting and asking if I have seen any problem spots and addressing those.

Brendan came out and did a great job spraying my yard. Can’t complain when there are less mosquitoes. Texted ahead of time to know if I had any problem areas and focused a little more in those places.

I don’t know how their bug service is but they drive like a maniac. I would not recommend based off this.

We take road safety very serious. All of our vehicles have trackers on them. We would love more information. Any chance you could call our office at 405.445.4024 and speak to one of our managers?
Not worth the $75 I pay every 3 weeks. We started treatment early spring so that our yard would be “ready” to be enjoyed by summer. Can’t even go outside for 15 minutes without being eaten alive. We are proactive in not keeping standing water anywhere and keeping our grass low. Unsure how everyone else that’s reviewed this page has seen such great success. Company offered and came out to do a “boost” treatment once in between services and that didn’t help either. Just my honest review.

Money back guarantee is just words. The product did not work on my property...how could it when the guy literally spent 4 minutes and 37 seconds applying it? They are more than happy to re-treat...for another $65. I asked them to retreat the 3rd time at their cost or refund me...they didn't show up and I didn't see a refund so I canceled my service. They called back to say, "I hope it wasn't something we did". I'm gonna order the stuff on Amazon and do this myself.

Dear Richard, we're sorry that you weren't pleased! We are always happy to come back and treat a property with no additional cost as part of our guarantee, if we are contacted right after service. We do ask that clients call us about this within 48 hours, however. The reason for this is that our scheduled visits are set up for a two-week cycle, and when you called us about your concern it was two weeks after the service and aligned with our next scheduled visit. Since it wasn't within a couple of days, it was too long after our guarantee's time-frame. They made me give them a star the only star I would give them is to fire their emplymanager on 5-2-2019 1pm I was working on a job I went to smoke a cigarette a yellow van pulled up thought he was going to pull in the driveway but he backed up he saw me smoking a cigarette I had them on the porch was 1pm went back into the house and worked I went out to smoke a cigarette and when I picked them up there was something wet on them I knew what it was that poison on them the guy spayed my pack of cigarettes with that stuff a blind person could have seen them he had a mask on gloves I called the manager and told him what happened my mind was blown he said you shouldn't smoke I said that has nothing to do with this he kept saying smoking is bad for you then he said you should have not left them out there a dog could have got them a cat the mailman then he goes back to cigarettes are bad for you he said he would pay me 760 for the smokes but the way he talked to me I would not have taken a 100.00 bucks he treated me like it was my fault but I want to say mesquite Joe's don't care about human life !!

Worst service I have ever encountered. Were told we would be the first job of the morning....but failed to let us know that they had to stop first for an OIL CHANGE in the vehicle.....Priority for the customer is not their best trait....Just a bad experience all the way around....All I could ever get out of them was that they could not give exacts only estimates of time to treat...(sounds like Cox) but having to wait so they could get the oil changed in their vehicle was a bit much.....!!! Plan ahead for that people....plan ahead!!!! Would not recommend to anyone....

You were our first appointment of the day but it began to rain that morning and unfortunately, we can’t spray when it rains since our product needs time to dry in order to be effective. When we called to let you know that we were on our way at 9:30am, you cancelled and declined our offer to reschedule. The treatments did help, but tgey do not stand behind their product of spraying for free if not satisfied. Called numerous times to complain about still having mosquitos and heard every excuse why it didn't work but no free spray. I will pay more for better product.
