After struggling for a whole Month of nits and random bugs here and there that I couldn't clear myself I tried a lot of stuff shampoos and over the counter products for my 7 year old ... our doctor suggested this place he said he heard good things about it ... it was very professional and clean and the treatment was very effective ! I was pleasantly surprised worth the money .

Saved our life! Our youngest was INFESTED and this place removed hundreds I mean hundreds. I couldn't be more satisfied after being suspicious of results. I feel even better that we have a 30 day guarantee. This place was a joke ended up canceling membership. They make people leave these 5 star reviews for a free item after first treatment. The live was never truly gone

Person working was very nice. Girls were not scared at all. Very kid friendly. They were able to watch a movie while getting treated.

Edit#3: Went to Liceology (where my two year old went when this place did not check her while we were there) and daughter was checked ad I was told she had a few eggs, but no actual live bugs, unlike what I was told at Lice Cinics. She gave me a free comb and helpful instructions on how to get rid of the eggs at home. Looks like it was a scam just to get this single mom to spend more money on a bogus treatment. EDIT #2: THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER IS COMPLETELY FAKE. SHE LIED ON THE PHONE AND HER CLINICIAN LIED. I EVEN HAD PHYSICAL PROOF OF THE LIES. THE "MISCOMMUNICATION" WAS ON THEIR PART. IF THEY WANTED TO MAKE IT RIGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE RETREATED MY DAUGHTER OR REFUNDED MY MONEY EDIT: like the lady below, one of my kids had lice again and they would not honor the guarantee. Everything they repeated back to me as far as why they would not honor it was a complete lie. I even had email proof of one of their lies and they still would not work with me. Trust me just don't go here and go to liceology instead Took two kids here and one kid to Liceology. This center gives you a free gift for your child for sharing a "fantastic" experience. The clinician was very rough with my kids. I def recommend Liceology over this center. Much more kid friendly and better prices.

Super easy to schedule- posted an inquiry and within minutes someone was calling and texting me to ask how they could help! The treatment wasn’t harsh at all and the kids (5 and 6) actually ended up having a great time there! We shall see what our final result is but I’m very hopeful and very thankful to not be picking out eggs 1 by 1 right now! Update: 3.5 weeks later and I am MUCH less enchanted by this place. 1. In order to receive a “free” lice preventative shampoo, you have to leave the review prior to leaving, so one cannot possibly know what the results will be before posting. 2. My son had been itching furiously about 2 weeks after treatment, so we went back for a recheck, which was an additional $10. At that time they said he had eggs but that this was normal. 9 days later I discovered MANY more eggs in his hair, and a live louse, and the boy could barely sleep he was itching so much (keep in mind he has shoulder length, incredibly thick hair, not your average 5 year old boy’s hair at all). We took him back, and they finally did the promised retreating, but tried to blame him for the fact that he required an additional treatment, stating that he didn’t sit still enough initially. My son could not have sat more still. He is so incredibly calm and compliant, honestly I fidgeted more than he did when they checked my hair. They also found more eggs in my daughter’s hair, but refused to retreat her because they didn’t find live bugs, and we only have 3 days left on our 30 day guarantee. NOT worth the ridiculous amount of money we paid.

Do not let the stars fool you. The service was great although a little pricey. We had 2 of our daughters treated and one still has live bugs. My wife contacted the clinic and was informed that the guarantee was only good if my son had been checked by them. Well we never knew that until lice was discovered in my daughter's hair after treatment and my wife called back to cash in on that guarantee. Also they never mentioned that everyone in the household had to be checked in order for their guarantee to be honored. The guarantee is a joke plan and simple. That is $475.00 that we can not get back. Do not believe the smoke and mirrors show.

A hundred fifty bucks plus tax that I'll never get back. What they don't tell you is every member of the family must be treated as well as the person who is infested in order to get your money back or a repeat treatment done for free. My daughter was (and still is) the only one infested in my family. Treatment didn't work for her and now I'm still stuck doing it the old fashion way and a hundred fifty bucks lighter! Don't waste your time.
