Melissa and Chuck are the ultimate professionals. They gave advice when asked that will help me in the future. I haven’t received the written report yet but Melissa summarized it for me before they left. She found some structural items that are so important that had never been addressed before! She noted trip hazards along with electrical outlets with no power. I feel assured that her inspection was very thorough. A bug thank you to them.

Melissa and Inspection Connection was great! She asked great questions and was able to give me an estimate before she ever came out. She was able to come out rather quickly and explained the process of what she was going ot do, samples she would gather and that we may need to drill a small hole for an inter wall sample (which we did, not much bigger than a pencil (eraser) along with open air samples. She set up her equipment and gathered all samples and we had a lab report and recommendations by the end of the week. She even called to talk me through it before the report was written up and sent over. Her process was great and I would recommend her to anyone in need of a mold inspection.

They were on time, quick and efficient. Even did the inspection on a Saturday as I was pressed for time needing an inspection before an approaching closing date. I doubt I will need the service again but if I do, I know who to call. I recommend highly.

Melissa is definitely a great resource for her trade. She was exceptional right from the start. Even coming into the middle of a preexisting mess, she was so accommodating to work with, knowledgeable, and flexible with scheduling. I had already had one horrible experience with a mold tester and had already started the remediation process before I found her. She was willing to work with everything that was already in process and came to do a thorough inspection and testing to make sure it was safe for my preexisting health issues. I would highly recommend her for your mold inspection needs. I know she does full home inspections but I did not use her for this service but if I needed it I would definitely contact her for it.

Melissa was very professional and an incredible communicator. She made herself available, was thorough with her investigation of the homes issues and got us a report back in less than 24 hours. Melissa also offered that we contact her as much as we want as questions or concerns arise.
