Poor customer service and communication from the guys who come out to spray. I had a noon appointment and they just never showed up. I called and they refused to come out and tried to reschedule me again. The application also wears off a lot quicker than advertised.

Showed up exactly when they said they would. The contract price is extremely competitive and seems to be a better value than other pest control companies in the area. The service man that came out was very nice, professional, respectful, and went above and beyond my expectations. He cleaned the spider webs off the outside of the house, got rid of wasp nests, and paid extra attention to the ant hills. He double checked to see which rooms needed sprayed as well which is small but much appreciated. Highly recommend Edit: 5/19/2024 Wife and I moved to a knew home and brought Epoch with us. Easy to transfer locations, easy to work with, and easy to change my appointment times (which happens far more than I'd care to admit). Still pest free and I still highly recommend them.

Epoch Pest Solutions buys customer contact lists and then spam texts you for service. I don’t personally feel comfortable with a business that would utilize this marketing tactic and neither should anyone else.

Epoch was referred to me and when I tried them I really could tell that what they use works, I didn't have anything flying on my porch all summer! Visitors even notice. My gardener said that she never got bit working in my garden. They had have nice respectful people who respect your home and you. Also they know how to get rid of mice too. I recommend Epoch!

Let me start by saying the customer service I e received on the phone I always extremely professional but the application of service falls short. When I first began service with the company, their applications seemed thorough. As time progressed, the services application was completed in less than 10 min from the time their truck pulled up, until it drove off. I wouldn’t have known but their arrival/departure was captured on my security cameras. There is no way I received the serviced I paid for, for a 2300 sq ft home in less than 10 min. I have spoke to the office twice about it and they were receptive to my concerns but I choose to discontinue business with them.

They do a great job and keep the bugs away inside and outside.

Worst company ever. I switched from Tru Blu Pest Control just to try them out but even with complaining about how there is zero result they still won't let you out of the contract. Do not sign a contract with these people!!! Will be going back to Tru Blu asap. I am not sure they even come out bc when they say they are here they are not here. And I just get a text they were just here. Bugs are still coming in the house!!! No dead bugs outside either is a clue.

They are pushy. Lied about it being a contract..this is why I don’t talk to strangers who approach me at my car. Smh.**** Account is in my extremely mad fiancés name.

Epoch is a joke! I don't know how they continue to operate. I had a punk kid knock on my door one day begging me to get service from them which I did not want. I told him I didn't want contracted service so he begged me again. I reluctantly agreed to (1) one service from them. He proceeded to tell me I needed to sign off on the one and only service. So I did, only to find out later it was a contract. Now they want to charge me $150 to cancel my "contract". The worst company I've dealt with in a long time. Please DO NOT use them because they will do what they want without discussing anything first.

Employee Amanda showed up, never once got out of the Epoch vehicle, sat around for 10 minutes & then proceeded to charge me $109.00!! Upon further investigation I found a review complaining about a similar experience WITH THE SAME EMPLOYEE. If you know this employee commits fraud why would this company continue to keep her on??? I called 3 different numbers, nobody answered, they were screening my calls. I called with a different number & they answered on the first ring. I spoke to Lacey on the phone when I told her what had happened there was no shock, no surprise. I was taken aback by the lack of customer service. I made sure to cancel all future services. Just beware of their services, they have a tendency to charge for services THEY NEVER PROVIDE.

They have gone above and beyond for us keeping all the critters out of my house. They hold true to their contract that if bugs show up or even if you have a mouse problem you call them and both times within 24 hours Amanda showed up took care of the problem. Highly recommend this company

Over charged me. Constantly took random charges from my account. They did take care of the bugs, but were no help with the mice.

This company not only lied about not being a contract, but my home had more bugs after every service call(2). When I spoke with the technician he dismissed my complaints. I contacted the company to which I was told regardless of my feelings about he service my payment was still required and I would need to pay additional fees to be let out of the said contract.

I've used them for a year and had to have service repeated due to no results. They have been willing and kind to redo service when needed tho.

BEWARE!! Employee Amanda Teague was scheduled to do pest services for our home today. She texted at 9:01am saying that she would be at my home before 11am which I confirmed. Fast forward to 1:30 and she still has not shown up nor answered my phone call. So it’s 1:30pm and I’m sitting in my car in front of my house talking on the phone. I see the Epoch vehicle drive past my house and park 4 houses down from mine. She is not aware I am watching what she is doing the entire time. She sits in the Epoch vehicle for around 10 minutes and then drives off. Never exits the vehicle. 10 minutes later I receive an email from Amanda Teague with a $109.00 bill for completed services. NO SERVICES WERE EVER RENDERED. She has committed fraud. I call the Epoch office and tell them what happened and there is no shock, no embarrassment, no apologies. Immediately cancel my services and ensure that I am not charged for services I never received.

We have been customers of EPOCH Pest Solutions for over three years now and will continue to use them. Especially because of individuals like Cale. He was very courteous and respected our home as if it was his own. He fulfilled all of our concerns and was knowledgeable enough to answer any questions we had. Technicians like Cale are the main reason we look forward to working with EPOCH in future. Thank you Cale!

Samuel came to make sure the inside of our house was sprayed, he was friendly, helpful, and communicated before he showed up. We haven’t seen any bugs or mice since they started treating our home. Samuel made sure every room got sprayed as needed and answered all the questions I had. Thanks Epoch!

Have never used this service, just saying, again, how much i want them to stop knocking on my door.
