Adrian came to my house to check for animals in my attic. My neighbor had raccoons in their attic. Adrian didn’t see animals but found a grate that was torn up. He set up a trial trap to see if they were going in and out. What a wonderful experience If we do have animals I will call Adrian to take care of them. Very virtuous, pleasant, knowledgeable, and on time!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Critter Stop and Adrian specifically. I had what turned out to be a raccoon getting into my soffit/overhang area, and Adrian came out, identified the animal (even found the handprint), confirmed it hadn’t gotten further into the roof, secured the entry point, and gave me a clear, practical plan for what to do if it finds another way in and when to move forward with roof repair. The thing that really stood out was Adrian’s expertise and integrity. No hard sell, no unnecessary upselling, just genuinely helpful service from someone who clearly knows what they’re doing. A+ work. We had a Mice problem for weeks and caught around 6-8 babies in traps before we called Critter Stop. After they came, we hadn’t seen a single mouse inside the house. They’ve come out for a trap check for several weeks now, and today they noticed an issue on our roof where a previous roofing company messed up some shingles and there was light shining through into the attic. Adrian and Tommy fixed it for no extra charge. Excellent work and great people. They’ll always be my first call.

We have a huge old tree that hangs over our house. We thought we had mice. Well, we have an infestation of tree rats. We had an exterminator out three times. Nothing. We are delighted with how knowledgable, polite, efficient and professional they have been. They have assured us they will not leave me until we have blocked all entrances and killed them all. Adrian is very polite and he explained how to handle the rodent situation in my house. He set traps in the attic and crawl space. Adrian would check the traps every week. He would call or text message me and give me the day and time to check out the traps. He is very flexible with the scheduling for checking the traps. He did a fantastic job. Adrian made sure that all the entry points were sealed on the outside of the house and also inside the house. He would ask me if I heard any activity inside the walls. I would tell him where I would here the activity and he would go all around the house and roof to make sure that all the entry points are sealed. Adrian is very dedicated to his customers he did a marvelous job.I would recommend Critter Stop to any one who has a rodent problem. Thank you Adrian and Critter Stop.

Not located here. They are not local. This is a marketing company (out of Texas) that subs out their work to unlicensed technicians. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND HIRE LOCAL. *** Responding to the reviews *** Renting a storage building in another city does not make you local. The technicians are not all licensed. Ask them to present their wildlife license - they won't be able to (or speak English well). Companies like this are ruining the industry. And the fact that they continue to blatantly lie to consumers instead of being honest is a huge red flag. Again - dont trust me (or them) DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.

I asked four times if I could get some type of estimate on how much it was going to cost for someone to come out to my house that means lowest to highest. Why that couldn’t be discussed over the phone and couldn’t be given. I think it’s unacceptable for a company to do. .

Because of uniqueness of every wildlife or pest issue, the pricing can have a very wide range. This makes it difficult to give price ranges over the phone. In some cases the minimum may be too much or the situation may cause us to go over the max price range given over the phone. That’s why we offer free inspections and estimates, we want to be the permanent animal solution for all customers and provide fair and honest pricing to our customers. New to Critter Stop. Needed dead skunk removed from under house. Could not find a service OKC to remove and prevent. Very satisfied with work Adrian competed to keep rodents out of attic and under house. An evaluation was completed first, along with pictures showing problem areas, followed by detailed plan to resolve issues. Adrian came back the following week to do the work and setup camera in the attic. After he finished his work he took me on a walk around to show me his work and answer my questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will return in two weeks for a follow up inspection of the property.
