I am the coordinator of a fairly large senior living center. We found Bed Bugs in a few of our rooms and contacted this store for information. Spoke with a really nice lady who was very knowledgeable about how the Bed Bug process works. She got us on the exterminators schedule for a professional treatment as soon as she could. I was very impressed with the service and highly recommend this company to anyone fighting Bed Bugs. Also, the product is non toxic so that was a plus as well.

Not sure you actually used our product Jackie. I just looked in our system which tracks all of our customers and did not see you have ever been a customer in our store. Obviously our product DOES work as we have been successfully in business for over 13 years and have had several news stations reach out to us to do stories on our product and services. Trying to figure out WHY you would feel the need to give us a 1 Star Review if you have never been in our store. I will report this to Google as a FAKE review.

So, I HAVE NOT used any of these products, but I did call & spoke to the lady. I was disappointed 😞 when told there was no warranty. $1200 for them to come spray professionally. I will say bedbugs are a total nightmare! So hard to get rid of! I ended up going with Barrett pest control. They charged me a $1000 to do my single wide trailer home, they come 3 times & give a 90 day warranty. Today was the 2nd time they came & there's no a bb in sight & no one is getting bit. Im impressed!!! Plus they give a warranty so that eases my mine in spending so much money so id tell anyone if you're dealing with these evil things, try barrets pest control it's alot of money to spend to have it professionally done to get no warranty at all.

Unfortunately you may have us confused with another company. We have been in the Bed Bug industry (very successfully) if I might add for over 13 years. We DO offer a warranty and do NOT recall speaking to you. In your first sentence here you clearly said you have NOT used any of our products OR our services for that matter. With that said, WHY would you feel the need to post a negative review on OUR Google page? Makes absolutely NO sense @ all! Trust when we say this, WE have ALOT of satisfied customers and any negative reviews here on our page are FAKE from a competitor which Google is investigating for removal as we speak. We are trying to figure out WHY, if you are so impressed with Berrett (correct spelling) lol Pest Control you didn’t bother giving them a review on their page. Anyways, this review has been reported to Google for removal as it violates their review policy. You still have time to remove this review and carry on with your business and harrass someone else. We have simply done NOTHING to you and hope you have a great day!

No need to purchase this product simply make your own.$163.00 a gallon is a joke. This is not a fake review several of the statements this business made was false. No where on this product does it say it kills bed bugs. You have to be wise buying this. Looking into this operation is probably a good idea. SHE MEANS THE FAKE REVIEWS ARE THE MISLEADING LIES IN THE GOOD REVIEWS THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK

I was so happy with this product. My son attended a summer college program, and he stayed in the dorms. About 2-3 months after we started noticing these bugs. So I started researching and realized he had brought bed bugs home in his suitcase. I was horrified and did not know what to do. I walked into the bed bug store and bought a gallon of their all natural spray. We followed their instructions and I was shocked and so pleased with how well this product worked. It truly rid our home of all the bed bugs. I would highly recommend this spray, as it’s so easy to use. Thank you so much! Sincerely, KK
