Caitlin and Jada have been terrific in going over the services, charges and setting up a new account with All Green. They have anticipated future questions as well as been very thorough in all of the accounting details. I'm hopeful that my lawn will benefit in the future and have the healthy look that All Green gives to other lawns. Updated: 10-25-24 Blaine has given my first service. He is terrific, very kind, listens well, cares and took time to treat the lawn well! I’m very happy with AllGreen and grateful for their help! Today, 1-17-25, Trey came to put down the pre/post emergents for myself and my neighbor. I watched how carefully he covered the area and knew that we were in good hands! He is super nice and was so kind to help me with my concerns. I’m very grateful for his service! Roger Young was by today, 3-17-25, and kindly took extra care to see that early spring weeds were sprayed AND he remembered to use the preferred granules for me! I’m once again grateful for all of the good service! Roger was helping today and provided good direction about watering in days to come. Appreciate so much his willingness to answer questions! Today, David and two men came and treated our lawn and two neighbor’s lawns for army worms, very needed as a neighbor has just lost her lawn to the worms. Jada in the office was fantastic as always to take care of everything so that both myself and the neighbors could be protected. Additionally, this first year with All Green has brought our yard to looking the best in 3-4 years with green grass and no weeds to pull, which is fantastic! Thank you everyone at All Green! Always grateful to receive help with the lawn that keeps it looking SO GOOD! Thankful for David’s help and his assistant yesterday in getting the preemergent down. Thanks All Green for all of the good work! AJ came by yesterday and answered my many questions about the two treatments being provided to fertilize the soil for next year and to prevent weeds in the future. He was so knowledgeable, kind and patient AND my lawn, which has been the best in several years, may be still better! What a win! Thanks AJ and All Green for all you do! 2-2-26 AJ again came today and not only did a great job, he is always friendly, kind, professional and helpful. Thanks for having him! 3-27-26 James was out today to apply pre-emergent. He was super friendly and very kind to accommodate several requests. I’m very grateful for his service and help and also grateful to know that my lawn is being kept healthy and will look great! Thanks Don’s AllGreen!

Blake came and sprayed my lawn yesterday and did a fantastic job. Spray pattern was consistent. I also had some sections I marked where I am over seeding and he was careful to not spray those sections of the lawn. And to top it off, he even filled in a fairly deep hole that a small animal had dug in my back lawn.

Showed up when they said and did a great job. Lawn is weed free.

I have been with them so long they have done a wonderful job getting them weed out that Bermuda grass that what Home Creation put down when you have your house built.

I have been with Don's for several years and lawn is best it has ever been but if I am not home to remind them to do drive to drive they don't do it. Left them a message but since they merged with allergen there has been no reply

We have used Don's for years and they have kept our lawn looking great. I want to give huge Kudos to their Customer Sevice/Office Staff who answered all my questions and were extremely helpful and professional!!

Who are you? I didn't ask you to do any service to my lawn. I assume this is a case of another company buying out another? Did you guys buy Dons Weed and Pest? It would have been nice to know.

This time not very happy. I sent sms not to apply the fertilizer, but they applied anyway without my approval.

I’m not a customer. I’m the neighbor of a customer. Constantly overmows and oversprays into my yard. Mowing in a straight line is one of the first things you learn when you learn to mow. It’s not this hard and it looks unprofessional I updated my review because I’ve lived at this house since about 2019 and I guarantee you the same guy has been mowing my neighbors yard since at least then and has a sign in the yard with the company name and the same number so it sounds like overmowing is a service you offer in addition to the overspraying

Totally Unreliable. Tech doesn't show up, or shows up hours late with an attitude. Then the manager lies and says they cancelled us for non-payment, when the service was never performed.

Generally was doing great. Then, fell off on service. The final straw was when I was charged for a treatment that never happened. They even sent me a photo from in front of my house to "prove it". But my camera footage showed they never got out the truck -- simply took photos and left. Then, when I called the lady refused to review my footage and charged us anyway. When I told them I wouldn't use them anymore, they simply didn't respond. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

If I could give no stars, I would. I used all green since I heard great things about them. After my first call with them it has been a headache. I called for my yard to be serviced and the next week was charged $50 randomly. Never got my yard serviced. I called back and they ended up having me pay for another yard service since they put my card on another account. I was told I would not be charged and they would service my yard that week. They ended up doing a terrible job and weeks came back in a week. Then they started giving me bills after I was told I would not be charged more. They hardly answer calls and don’t return call after leaving voicemails. USE ANYTHING OTHER THAN ALL GREEN if you don’t want to the hassle and headache.

Their chemical mix does not kill the weeds.

Would put no stars if I could for the professionalism and I will explain why. I paid for a full year of service upfront for 2021. Techs left gate open to backyard letting my austrailian shepards out near a busy street and thankfully my dogs are very smart and came back. This issue was resolved by calling me when they were there and when they left to verify gate closed. This is a honest mistake and we worked together to make sure didn't happen again. The reason I am upset is that the beginning of this year I was emailed and texted with specials to sign up again. I did not sign up again and they called one day out of the blue and I assumed to sell me services....oh no it was because they were at my house to perform services I did not approve. My wife called and said they are here spraying so I told her to stop him because we didn't ask for the service. She told the technician we did not ask for this and he rudely gave her a bill for 30 so ething dollars. I get a letter laat week saying I owe 90 dollars? Why? Their services did very well maintaining my weeds but I wasnt sure if we were going to sell or stay so I didn't sign up this year. I don't understand why a company would have such poor customer service for obviously a misunderstanding on their end. Disappointing

I had a yard full of weeds after 2 years of service with this company. Months of complaining and chances we finally cancelled. We disputed an invoice because we had tons of weeds and was not sure they sprayed. They had kept my credit card number from a previous time I charged and charged it after I told them I was disputing the invoice. Visa did credit my money back BUT it is shady business practice to charge a card 5 minutes after I had called to say I was disputing the charge and not going to pay.

They do not follow directions well, I told them several times not to spray or call on Sunday and they still did after being told not to. The last time I believe a Dustin or Justin called on Sunday and I told him I had requested not to be bothered on Sunday and I also said "I may have to look for another lawn care service after 6 years" and he just hung up and I have never heard from them since, which is fine but tells me they are not concerned with customer service. They were always trying to upsell you on something, that is kind of normal though i think, maybe they should be more concerned with providing the service you paid correctly for before trying to sell other services. The last time they sprayed was not acceptable , no weeds in front yard but back yard was overrun with weeds like they didn't even spray the back? I also told them to let me know before they sprayed so I could put my dog up, this did not always happen either. It seemed early on in our relationship Noel and staff cared about the customer and their satisfaction? I guess that has since been lost along the way during the companies growth. Oh well, time to move on. All of this happened during the spring/summer of 2016. Just wanted to let everyone know how we were treated by this company. I truly can’t believe this company has 3.6 stars?
