As a retired home inspector of 40 years, I didn’t typically refer tradesmen as this created a conflict of interest. I did however refer Ace Exterminators for 25 years as an exception to this rule.

Ace came out yesterday. They did a general inspection & sprayed the outside yard. I'm happy with the service. In addition, the spray they use includes a general pesticide.

We were charged for about 25min more of service than we actually received. Luckily, we do not have a huge insect problem, because they did not spray our entire house or property. They lied about how much and where they sprayed, even though we watched them. They broke some lightbulbs and did not offer to replace them. And they were not respecting the privacy of the company or it’s employees by talking about private matters that we did not ask about—not professional behavior at all. 0/10 would not recommend

They came to spray at my rent house, they missed several areas. The exterminator told me one thing and then turned the invoice into the owner saying something completely different. They either don't know what they're doing, they just don't care, or perhaps both.

I gave them a call asking for a home inspection, after I asked about bait stations and other services they offer they replied "we don't do bait stations" and hung up on me. Terrible phone etiquette.

Great customer service and got rid of our problem with ease, highly recommended.
