I got a text message that Rose Perez was on her way to my house. She was on time with what the text message said. She came to my house and set out boxes for rodents, inside and outside. She was very professional, friendly and informative. This company is one of the best I have found. They will work with you money wise if you're on a tight budget. I only did 4 stars because this is the first time they've been out, and I want to make sure all the bugs go away before I bump it up to a 5, they arrived when they said they would, had everything in place to make paying easier, Antonio was friendly and explained everything and about how long i can expect to wait for the ants to leave or home, glad I called and got service from them

I used Orkin for years and when I moved to Oklahoma I signed up again. After 1year of continuous issues with mice and bugs at $2,000 my issues continued. My neighbor said give Thunder an opportunity, I’m so glad I did because all my issues are officially resolved and the service is premier!
