Mr. Ken spent over two hours going over options, explaining in detail what he was doing, being very thorough. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and highly recommend his place of business!

This is the second time that I've used this company, and just like last time: totally happy. The first time was for carpenter ants several years ago. One application and they were gone for YEARS. Last year I noticed them on a shared fence line and on my neighbor's house. I let him (my neighbor) know but he was not concerned. I let it go because they were staying off my house. This year, however, I saw them on my house. So happy I found Advanced Pest and Termite again! Mr Ken Wallis came out, sprayed the house, the fence line, and a further bit out around the house. Now there isn't a single carpenter ant in sight! It's only been a few days, and I will continue to watch out for them, but considering a single application lasted years the last time, I have no doubt it will again. Great company! Friendly service! Super efficient! I won't use anyone else.

This is the only pest control we'll use in town. Ken is speedy, kind, and professional, and whatever is in his spray solution does the trick for months.

Got termite inspection for VA loan, while there he assisted me with mice control, then called again for insect fumigation. Phenomenal staff, very professional just a great experience.

Absolutely the best pest control company ever! The older man is so kind and explains everything and answers any questions you may have. Highly recommend this company.

UPDATE: For some reason when I wrote the review I started gerring different calls from the company!! THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!! Would absolutely not recommend these people after I complained several times about still being beaten by the spiders that they came 2 exterminate they started telling me what you probably have bed bugs and you probably have things that we didn't spray for they're very Wicked people they're racist and I would never do business with him ever we wasted $170 because we gave them a $5 tip even though I'm pretty sure that use water on the inside and the old man was more interested in looking through my papers and going through my personal things and spraying that's why the outside was done correctly and the inside was not done at all I would not allow the people back in my house they ask if they come back and do my home over I would not allow him to come back to my home I would not allow them to come back on my property worst ever

I have used this company for over 10 years..absolutely the best service ever! Mr Ken is the nicest man and explains everything in detail..I highly recommend this business!!
