If I could, I would give 0 stars. Communication from this office is nonexistent. I had an estimate done 2/4 and paid $300 for services that were to be performed by 2/7. We still had not heard from the office about an appointment by 2/6, so we reached out to them twice, before they informed us they would be unable to spray the house by the needed time. Do NOT use these people. They do not ever confirm appointments nor call you. I have had many scheduled and no one shows then they blame the call center for not doing their jobs but it's the local branch messing up and not doing what they are supposed to. Most recently the technician isn't able to bring a ladder to my house to get into the attic to get rid of the rodent issue so they have the inspector coming out but he doesn't call nor knock just texts and hopes someone sees it, if they don't th

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had an appointment they came out and "sprayed" but upon further review and review of cameras found out that the tech B. Washington did not actually spray inside the house at all. He came in the house walked around (nothing in hands) and did nothing, then left the house, and did not return inside. So we contacted the office and was told they'd send tech out for an extra visit. After that the office will not respond or answer calls and never sent anyone out. Con
