Edit: Yes, I am a real customer of years! It is ignorant to assume I’m not just because of a user name (have you never heard of safety?) Also, it’s not “popped up a few times”. I left one review three weeks ago. Seems perhaps this is a common issue of yours? Instead of claiming ignorance it would have been better to try to rectify the situation. You’ve serviced my clinic in Lawton four 4 years (which I’ve now canceled) and my home in Elgin. But, my all means, continue with your bad business practices with your military families.. After being a loyal customer and trusting this company with services at my clinic, I was extremely disappointed by my experience at my home. During treatment, the technician sprayed pesticide carelessly throughout my attic, leaving my personal belongings, antiques, and military items covered in chemical residue. These were not replaceable items simply stored away..many had personal and historical significance. This also resulted in an additional payment for us to replace active duty military items. This was very unfortunate when a deployment happened, items were needed and that’s when all the damage was discovered. The lack of care taken around a customer’s belongings was unacceptable and ultimately resulted in my decision to terminate all services with the company.

Also, to clarify, apparently you changed your name on your account for our review, which made it show up in our account as a new review with the same message. In any case, we still do not know who you are or to which property you are referring, so how are we to rectify the situation? Are you certain you have the correct business? We have had no clinics cancel in the 7 years we have owned this business. If you would please call the office and let us know (as we suggested in the first place) we would be honored to address it. We value reviews that help us see what we're doing right as well as what we're doing wrong; we need more information to be able to assess the situation. Thank you.

Called for Ant infestation. Technician Cody Herber came out, after inspection he explained they were wood eating ants. Didn’t know there was such a thing. He explained as he treated, very professional and answered all questions. I feel confident problem was taken care of. Hilliary Properties has many rental homes-we will be calling Enviromental Pest for every property in the future.

Israel is an absolute hero of a technician! That was not an easy job at all! I just can’t thank him enough! He physically crawled into the tight crawlspace of this older home, ( a feat unto itself), but also "took one for the team" as he was immediately swarmed by hungry fleas! OMG! There had been several stray cats living under the house that gained entry from a missing crawlspace vent and Israel discovered the source of the flea colony under the home. He crawled all four corners and soaked the entire soil area and joists under the house. I am overwhelmingly relieved and finally have an answer to the ongoing flea infestation. With the broken crawlspace vent cover fixed, the stray cats gone, and the entire area treated I finally feel hopeful now that the subterranean flea factory will be shut down for business! Employees like him are rare and I just can't thank him enough for the work that he did today.
