Service was a joke. I had an appointment for service they never showed up but sent me a text saying my service was complete. I had already had an issue with them in the beginning they were supposed to treat my entire yard for fleas I paid them an when they showed up on my first visit they didn’t have enough granules to do my yard is what he told me an assured me that my next visit would get it taken care of still to this day my yard hasn’t been treated and we have had several different workers c

Orkin’s response to my negative review was to reach to out to their office, which I already had done. I was charged $239 on July 11 and another $239 on July 22. Their response was I was charged a second time because I was set up on auto pay. However, auto pay would have been 30 days after the July 11 charge and the amount according to contract should have been $90 for a monthly maintenance fee. I wish there was an option for 0 stars as was the case with the service provided (or lack thereof) since the technician didn't bother to show up for the appointment. He also didn't bother to call. My appointment time was 8-10. At noon I called to inquire about the possible tardiness and for next steps since I had taken time off work and ultimately decided to take the day to accommodate any emergencies that may have presented.
