I was given Kevin’s number from my neighbor and she said he was the best. I called, he came out that night to inspect and was at my house the next morning to take care of the issue we were having. I will continue to use him in the future and will refer him to others. Very nice guy.

We have loved using TermMax Pest Control. We have used them for almost a year now and they have always been reliable and their services have proven effective. We have not had any issues with pests once we started having them come in quarterly. They are always so kind as well and work with our busy schedules!

We have foundation issues where we rent. They came in after a water leak through the floor. They came in treated. They were almost completely gone after 1st treatment. They came in a sprayed again 2 more times to make sure they were gone. In less then 2 months they are gone.

I've been using TermMax for 2 years now and have loved working with them. They have kept the pests out of my AirBNB, and when the pests did decide to fight back, TermMax went out and sprayed again. I've also used their services for rat and rat nest removal in another property. They are highly responsive and prompt, and I recommend!

To whom this may concern and if you are looking for a professional exterminator for rodents or bugs and roaches please do not utilize this company nor a guy by the name of Kevin. About 4 or 5 years ago I moved into a home that was full of cockroaches. I called this guy and after two sprays in my home the bugs were gone I never had another problem until after about probably a year later after the spray. About A couple of months ago I asked this guy to go to my Grandparents home to do the same spray that he did for me Back then. He charged $140 for the first spray And then he said after that spray It will be a free spray Within two weeks for my Grandparents home. A date was set by him and I for my grandparents free spray but for whatever reason this guy Kevin did not want to honor that spray, he even tried to change the day that we agreed on the house to be sprayed. He is a very bad communicator he doesn't text you back nor answers his calls he even forwards you to his voicemail. Even though he did a good job for me back then for whatever reason his professionalism with my grandparents was zero out of 100. I decided not to communicate with him anymore and allowed one of my other sisters to do so with him. They were able to agree on the second spray date. He came and he literally took about a few minutes on a four bedroom home to do the spray that was for both inside of the home and outside back and front yard. After he finished that spray he emailed me and he set a day of another spray which would be the third time. He never asked me if I wanted another spray at that time he simply just emailed me with a dates for again another spray for $85. I again asked my sister to deal with him she decided to pay him another $85 for the third spray within 2 weeks. He just recently came back and did the third spray in which he took a longer period of time inside my Grandparents home in which he did not do that the first or second sprays. Right after he finished the spray he went to find my sister that was there with my Grandmother and asked her did she want him to come back for a forth spray. Mind you he asked her this question before he even let the product work For that third spray And I say that to say this, this guy is simply a scam artist he may have been different back then when he sprayed my home but nowadays he's looking to get over on the elderly it seems. My Grandmother is 85 years old, and sometimes you get the most disgusting people as himself that will do everything possible to scam someone that he feels is not protected or can't defend themselves. So if you are looking for someone with that type of character go right ahead and call this guy because if he can scam a elderly person he will scam someone as young as you and I. When my sister reached out to him about this third spray letting him know that the roaches are still very much the same as it was before he sprayed the first second and third time he basically told her that he will come back out for another $85 and he does not do work for free mind you my sister had already paid him $140 for the first spray and another $85 for the third since the second spray was "free". The roach problem in my Grandparents home has not changed at all it's still the same again as it was before he came. I want to believe that his spraying water out of his canisters but I am not sure but whatever it is the product is not working for my grandparents home. We will include a picture of him as soon as we're able. We are also going to report this guy to BBB to make sure he does NOT do this to anyone else's family. I used to work for law enforcement for 13 years of my life here in Tulsa Oklahoma where I treated people like people regardless the badge or uniform I had on. I recommend you not use this type of guy for any type of business at all because his intentions are clearly a scam. I will again add more of his information and edit this review as soon as possible. I wasn't going to share this but I felt the need to share due to it Weighing on my heart. This person by the name of Kevin did not do any work for me or my husband we actually decided to go with another company. I won't tell anyone what to do but I will say that when I spoke with him a week or so ago I asked him how much does he charge for a four-bedroom three-and-a-half bath and he told me that it was $125 for the first spray. I consulted with my husband about it and we were happy with the price but then my husband asked me to see if he had any reviews and I decided to look. My husband and I never make reviews but we always tend to look at reviews if we are going to have business done with our home. I feel like the most updated reviews are the most important and after looking at all of the good reviews he had it's a bit scary when I looked at the review about him possibly scamming someone's grandmother. I also read on that person's review that he charged them $140 for the first spray while again he charged my husband $125. Yes again the 125 is a good deal but it also made me question is this guy really a scammer? After I asked him why is it that you're charging us $125 but you charged someone else $140, he said that he was going by mileage but from my experience companies like this has one set price. My husband also asked him about The last review that was posted and Kevin's words to my husband was, "Those People", and etc. That comment really made my husband and I very uncomfortable. I truly believe that any professional should never speak about a customer that way or in those terms. I really got a bad feeling about this guy and I want to warn you just because someone has so many stars on their business that does not necessarily mean that they are scam free. I just wouldn't want anyone to get burned. Please make sure to read all reviews especially reviews that are recent because me and my husband has been burned by so many people in the past years so we really watch who we deal with. What really touched my heart is to read the recent review about Kevin possibly taking advantage of an elderly grandmother. We all have one or had one and I would never want to deal with anyone that takes advantage of the elderly we should look after them not misuse them. I really hope that this helps someone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This man named KEVIN came to my eldery grandmother's house to do a spray for a bad roach problem. He was recommended by my sister who had a really bad roach problem at her own house, almost just as bad as my Grandmothers and she said hers were gone with two sprays. He sprayed the first time and said he gives a free spray for the second time , which he wasn't trying to honor until my sister had words with him. He went really fast on the second spray which leaves me to believe that he may have been using water but i'm not sure. Against my better judgement we paid for a third spray. It took him a little bit longer to do this spray which tells me that the first two times that he did it he did not do it properly. My sister said there are still the same amount of roaches in the house that they were before he even sprayed the first time. This business is a SCAM!!!! I would not recommend doing business with him and he takes advantage of the elderly. And how I knew something shady was going on.It's because before he left after the third spray he tried to set up another appointment with my sister not even giving the treatment time to even work. The first spray was $140 and anything after that is $85 a spray!!! PLEASE take your hard earned money and spend it with a legitimate company!!! Will NEVER get my business again and you should honestly be ashamed of yourself!

For now I’ll give a 3 because after the first appointment I began to see more cockroaches in places there weren’t , right now I’ve haven’t seen much but I’ll come back for an update if all is well I’ll give five stars.
