DO NOT USE - I attempted to be a new customer of this company and they do not fulfill schedule times. After the 3rd non call no show I called but they are routing calls to a third party CLARKMONGO who is clearly not affiliated. Save Yourself the trouble and call someone else

Great company. They got started and worked hard cleaning up an old mess and getting new landscaping down and looking great. Crew worked hard for 6+ hours and you can tell because our spot looks great now.

Mow Town has been a great help for Tulsa Parks. They helped clean up some large beds the Azalea area at Woodward Park. They went from overwhelmingly overgrown to clean and manageable. It took extreme hard work and effort. We are very grateful for the wonderful work.

Called as a new client and couldn’t get them to show up even after calling them several times . I waited 3days and no show. Called and canceled my service with them. Very undependable!

EDIT 7/11/23: Spoke with Shelly again this morning after receiving our refunds. She has been a joy and pleasure to work with and represents the company well. We are back in the rotation with MowTown! I firmly believe that “everybody gets 1,” and that’s how we plan to go from here and give MowTown another shot because they deserve it by having someone like Shelly in charge of taking care of clients. EDIT 7/10/23: Shelly from MowTown called and we discussed the situation as she was out of the office for a bit. Her professionalism and care was a refreshing change of pace. You can tell she takes the job seriously and truly cares about the client. Updated rating to reflect her positive impact she provides the company. Prior to the July 4th holiday we contacted MowTown to let them know we were charged for two mows we didn’t receive. We were assured it would be rectified prior to the long holiday as the business would be close for roughly a week. We never received a refund. My wife would call but received no answer after multiple attempts, then had to have me call and bridge her in as she felt her calls were being screened. We were reassured the issue was being resolved, and today I can confirm it hasn’t. I even called to check on the status, received no answer and no call back after leaving a respectful, professional voicemail. I would not recommend MowTown if a neighbor or friend was looking for a mowing service.

Chad is quick to attend to my lawn needs. His workers are outstanding, especially Ulysses. We inherited a mess in the backyard and they could not have done a better job allowing us to plant flowers and plants.

Easy to work with. Visited my property in person to make sure their crews knew exactly how and where I wanted my service done. Highly recommended.

Called on 6/21/23 and set up service, said they would be out the next day. No one showed or called, followed up the next morning was told again the would be out that day. Again no call or follow up. I understood companies get busy and the recent storm situation doesn’t help. However, if you make an appointment keep it or atleast follow up.

We used MowTown to revamp our outdated neighborhood landscape and they did amazing! Chad did a great job designing our flower beds and was super easy to work with. They chose the perfect assortment of trees, shrubs and plants at our main entrance and around our neighborhood pool house. We also use MowTown for mowing our neighborhood and they have always done a great job for us.

Due to a variety of reasons we needed our front yard cleaned up and the bed redone. Chad was excellent at communicating - helped us through the process. The guys who came out worked extremely hard and went above and beyond. Will definitely use them in the future.

I went with this company based on the many 5 star reviews . It is as if my experience was with a completely different company ..Firstly , the cost. They look at records to see the lot size , I assume , because they never came out . The actual mowing area is quite small , as the two side yards are rock , the back has a large planter and patios. $50 a pop.. for between 8 and 11 minutes of mowing ! That is $300-$400 an hour ! If they did a decent job , I wouldn't complain, but the 4 minutes in the front and 4 in the back ( sometimes it is less) leaves a poorly mowed yard with tons of leaves and debris , which is left over and not blown ( see photo right after they left ) Time and again they would be a no show. No calls or texts . I would call them to find out if they are coming and usually no answer until the next day .Eventually they would show , but it is inconvenient to have no idea if and when . Last week , the morning after they mowed , I heard a flooding noise. It was a broken sprinkler, so I turned them off. They had broken it going in through the gate . I called and spoke to Shelly . She made no offer to send someone to fix it, so I told her that ,I would not water all week and they could fix it when they came back the next week . The following week , they mowed and left . I asked her why they didnt fix the sprinkler and she said that she would try to get someone out Friday or Saturday ! No.. my lawn is dying . I told her that I would try to fix it . I am a disabled senior that knows nothing about sprinklers , but it was apparent that if I didn't want my lawn to die , I would have to do it .. they certainly were not going to . I got a shovel , and as I dug the dirt away I realized it wasn't broken.. they had unscrewed it to get in the fence the week before and didn't bother to put it back in place ! Needless to say , I will not use this service again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

We have used MowTown Outdoors for our mowing and flower bed maintenance for several years, they are great. Recently we had Chad Walker out to out new house for some landscaping ideas. He was very creative, and had some lovely suggestions for us. We got a bid for a patio extension, which they did for us. On budget, on time, and top quality. We are thrilled. Then we asked for a plan for flower beds and shrubs, which we got promptly. We agreed on a plan, and asked for a price. Chad supervised the work, which is fantastic. Again, on budget, on time, and the quality of the plan, the flower beds, and the shrubbery was first class. Great guys, we highly recommend them to anyone!
