I've used Arrow for my yard & house for several years. Will has been my service tech for many of it. He has always been courteous & respectful. He also has a great attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend Arrow & specifically Will to my friends.

I am so glad to use Arrow Exterminators. Dan in particular is so helpful and does such a thorough job. He always makes sure both the inside and outside of my house are protected and also makes sure I have enough traps on hand in addition to the ones that are set out. I would highly recommend Dan and Arrow Exterminators!

We have been clients of Arrow Exterminators since 2002 (my best recollection). In that time period, Daniel Turner has been the only tech that has serviced our homes and he has always been thorough, has explained well the service Arrow provides, has helped us with particular problems, and has always responded to questions and unscheduled in-between-service special requests with a great attitude. Arrow Exterminators is top of my list for extermination service and I hope they continue their excellent work!

Roger stepped in several times to help tackle a particularly persistent pest in my house which has now been eliminated thanks to all his efforts and exploring solutions. We have been using Arrow Exterminators for over 15 years. Daniel has been our service person for most of those years. They always work around our schedule and do an excellent job taking care of us with exceptional customer service. It is wonderful to be part of the Arrow Exterminator family and know that their loyalty lies with their customers.

Daniel is always on time, very professional, and enjoy talking with him while he is here! He does A great job and still spider free!

Landon was here today to check our termite traps. Very nice and knowledgeable. Did a excellent job. And informed me of all he did.

Ad says serves Ada but when I called the lady stated that they didn’t serve the Ada area.

Didn't provide insulation up to the r value stated in the work contract and now aren't taking calls from me to try and make this right.

Their driver just cut me off

We have used Arrow’s services for a couple of years. This year we were unhappy with services because we saw ants after our one time spray and when we called to ask them what they could do for us we were told that one time services weren’t guaranteed (even though they cost the equivalent of three quarters worth of services). We were also told that if we didn’t sign up for quarterly services they didn’t want us to call them if we continued to have problems. It would not have been difficult to come and just respray since we already paid but they refused. They didn’t seem to care about years of loyalty or taking care of the issue. Don’t use this company unless you want to sign up for a quarterly subscription.

Would never purchase any product due to attitude of rude guy over operations I spoke with........Before this person I loved everyone there they went out of there way they were so very kind and never laughed at me that's for sure... TOTALLY SHOCKED!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Had to request to speak to someone else to get my payment taken because first representative was unpleasant. No receipt for services that I paid $150 for. Said I have another appointment in 2 weeks but have no clue when.

Do not use this company! They will tell you they will provide necessary documents for inspection, take your money and then tell you they don’t provide those docs. We used this company for years to protect our house with no issue and then all of a sudden they will take your money with no result!

Didn't get rid of bedbug . Promised to continue treatment but stopped coming and didn't do final inspection They promised to continue treatments until bedbugs were gone. This did not happen. They refused to return calls after I started complaining. Don't trust this company to get rid of bedbugs. They'll charge $1000+ to treat but stop before riding the home of bugs.

Yesterday I got treated and I haven’t seenany bugs yet, by means im dissatisfied with with them my son PlayStation came up missing , and they tore my house apart, took my beds down , left my closet a mess , my son toys scattered all over the the floors, I took pictures with mess they made , no one should have to walk to they house with a mess looking like a pig style, I feel like I should I should get half of my money.

This company is not very truthful they came out and did and assessment sprayed on March 19th on a vacant house. During the remodel we had only seen a few bugs (not and infestation) in two week we were still see bug . I was still seen a few more so I called on May 9th I was told NO granantee we have to still come out several times. We can come and do assessment and spary again and it will be additional. I said why did'nt the first assessement say you will need several treatments. They said and it will be another fee. I experience terriable the company not very truthful.
