Technician showed up on time. Did careful inspections for our pest problem. Explained what he would do to treat the problem. Cost was readonable. We have been bug free since the treatment. Everyone involved were very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Superior for any pest problem.

We just moved back to Oklahoma and I saw one of their trucks in the neighborhood and took a chance on them. They were straightforward, friendly, thorough. Happy with the service. Even did the yard. Paid for full year up front. Pest activity cut drastically!

I was very pleased with Jason and the service he Provided. He was on time very nice and thorough With the treatment of my home. I live out of town by the lake and I have problems with bugs in my house and around The outside of my home.. I feel alot better scince he was here. I Have recommended this company to my friends. Thank you superior pest control. Jason is the one who came out. It would be good if he can come out next time.

I had a good experience. We don't have any ants now. The tech was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He gave suggestions on how make sure the ants didn't return.

We have had this company install termite bait traps and get rid of an ant infestation. They responded quickly, we're kind and professional as well as reasonably priced. Their technician also educated us on ways to keep the ants from starting another colony.

My husband, Tyler Noe, and I have been using Superior Pest Control for a little over a year now and, overall, we’ve never really had any major problems with their service. The technicians have always been kind and professional, and we do believe they’re good people. Our main issue has been communication, both when trying to schedule appointments and with updates regarding delays. Today, we had an appointment scheduled between 12pm–2pm. Around 1:30pm, we were contacted and informed the technicians were running behind and would arrive closer to 2:30–2:45pm. By 4:30pm, we still had not received any additional updates, so we called the office ourselves. After being placed on hold for nearly 20 minutes, we were told the technicians were still behind schedule and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. We completely understand that delays happen, but better communication and more timely updates would make a big difference. We had arranged our day around this appointment and were disappointed with how the situation was handled. Aside from the communication issues, we’ve otherwise had a positive experience with the company.
