We are a locally owned and operated pest control company. We are focused on our customers and making sure they’re completely satisfied with the end result. Having been in business since 2008, Rich and Ryan have over 20 combined years of experience in residential and commercial pest control. We offer a variety of services including Pro-Active General Pest Control Treatment, Rodent Control, Termite Monitoring / Extermination, In2Care Mosquito Control, Bed Bug Treatment, and much more! I filled out a form online with interest in setting up pest control and to deal with an ant problem we had in our Kitchen. Ryan followed up promptly and clearly explained options and pricing with me. He then came out the next day to get us set up! Excellent customer service!

Ryan was professional and friendly and extremely helpful. He was able to provide service within 24 hours, explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend and I will use them again in the future. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I just wanted to take a minute and review this company because I am so filled with gratitude. I have regularly used Rich’s Pest Control for maintenance, and they are always extremely accommodating to my schedule, always on time, and always respectful. Couldn’t be happier. After a big job ended in my basement, I quickly realized that I needed a lot of help. Rich was there to help me problem solve exactly what the issue was, and the services this company provides took care of all of my issues. A family of baby opossums had found their way into my basement and we escorted them to safety. Rich also made sure that my pets upstairs were safe this whole time, and protected them from fleas! Rich was great to work with. The pest were eliminated and at great price. He even offered to come back out if everything was not taken care of on the first treatment, but it was.

I contacted Ryan regarding termites or carpenter ants boring into one of our very large tree. His knowledge of our issue was very obvious, so we scheduled an appointment. However, we got called out of town by a parent passing, however, Ryan & I agreed that he would stop by the house to inspect. Upon arrived, he determined in definitely was carpenter ants, so went ahead placed bait around the tree so they would take it up to the queen and eventually kill the colony. We retuned home and found zero (0) ants. Two weeks later, zero ants. He also placed bait around the back of the house.....all at a very reasonable cost of $150.00. Ryan's communication and follow-up was excellent. Highly recommend their services.

I called on a Friday afternoon when i started noticing yellow jackets entering a hole in our soffit. Rich's Pest Control responded quickly and came out early Monday morning and quickly treated the area and put a preventive dust down to deter future yellow jackets. Our technician was super friendly and efficient. 10/10 recommend!!

We've owned our home for 18 years and have always handled pest control ourselves. While we managed the usual household pests, we recently became concerned about carpenter ants in an area we had previously overlooked. After doing some research, we’re so glad we found Rich’s Pest Control and had the chance to work directly with Ryan. Rich, of Rich's Pest Control, is a "must" person to have in your address book if you own a home. My outside painters found an insect infestation, and within hours Rich was there that day!! He is as pleasant & professional as he is knowledgeable. My (effective) home treatment took him two visits over two days, and his charges were very fair and affordable!! Yes, Rich is a win-win gentleman business owner who I highly recommend.

I found flying termite on a Sunday morning. I called Rich’s that day and left a message. They called me back within a couple hours and set up an appointment for that Tuesday. They gave me an estimate and came out the next day and treated the perimeter of my home. They were on time, did what they said and cleaned up

Highly recommend! Rich has taken care of our home for many years. Responds immediately and takes care of the problem. We had a huge bee hive, but it was no problem for him. Super nice, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

We had a large wasp nest in a tree near our front door. I called Ryan and described the situation and he provided a reasonable price and scheduled the work for the next day. Rich arrived on time and removed the nest. He took the time to discuss the process and even showed our grandkids the nest after he was completed. I received timely reasonably priced service by the owners of the company! I highly recommend Rich’s Pest Control.
