Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Company refuses to use walk behind spreaders. Machine flies around yard and doesn’t reach several parts of yard. Yard looks worse since they took over care. Kicking myself for switching companies. Several neighbors have asked, what has happened to your yard? Not happy with this company at all. My yard looks terrible. I’ve been a customer of. Columbia Lawn since 1999 and my yard keeps getting worse. I was going to cancel services this year and a guy showed up today and put down a treatment, for what I don’t know. No communication at all from this company. I called and spoke to someone in the office and she assured me things would get better. This is their last chance to prove that to .

I am disappointed. I didn't recieve a call telling me they were coming.i redid my whole yard and now have spray killing all my new grass. I was waiting for the call to cancel to next appt. Instead they didn't call and now I have a month of hard work, hand watering, and 1000.00 down the drain. What's more, I call the company the day it happened to no satisfaction what so ever. The receptionist was curtious and passed me on to a manager who did not call me back and showed no interest in the problem they created. I mentioned several times that I felt I should not have to pay for I treatment but that of course was glossed over and supposedly passed on to the next person. Evidently this company feels it is more important to collect payment and let the customer deal with the results of there long term screw up.

Experian Green is one of the worse companies to deal with. The technician didn’t stop by for service but they wants the monthly installment. Per the contract they supposed to stop by 7 times a year but they only stop by 3 time and wants the payment in full . I don’t know what they have use when they come to my property for service, it’s get worse . So I highly recommend not to get their service . Review the pictures below for a proof .

Many years of Columbia and other. Services were great, but this year my yard is full of crabgrass and looks terrible. Nothing against the guy who came, but 4 Experian Applications with no record of what was applied has been a big disappointment. I am wondering where the 5th visit was. When I call, I get a text message, not acceptable.So, I sent an envelope with today’s driver. Hopefully, I’ll get a response!

I gave 1 star because I had too but this company DESERVES 0 stars because this company is absolutely horrible. They did NOT communicate with me! Then did a service that I requested a phone call about because when they initially tried to set it up, I could not afford it and asked the representative to contact me in October to talk about scheduling it. They came out and I thought it was my normal treatment, but ended up sticking me with a $256 bill. Then deducted it right out of my checking account. The manager stated it would not post because she did a refund. Well it posted to my account. 🤬 Then I called back and received the email about the refunds. Too little too late because my bank said it could take 5-7 days to be returned to my account. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! So I called back to the manager and canceled the rest of my services. I will NEVER use this company again. This company is HORRIBLE. Also, the first customer service rep should not be employed there because she sucks at her job! NO customer skills whatsoever!

Brian does a great job for what he has to work with my yard is horrible this year who has dandelions and September I do all over the place and a lot more weeds than that. He did say he would talk to his supervisor worst Yard I’ve ever had an 11 years I’ve dealt with this company True Columbia what’s the best I can’t say that anymore

We had Columbia lawn care for the longest time and the most luxurious yard. Experigreen bought out Columbia and we stayed with them this year. I am so sorry we did and we will NOT be going with them next year. These are current pictures of our yard and experigreen’s response to why our yard looks like this is that we’ve got it too short. I cut the yard myself and the blade is ALWAYS on the highest notch so I know for a fact that it is their service and not anything we’ve done or not done. Also, what’s with their weird green grass that’s sprouting up everywhere? Beware and do NOT use them or they will destroy your yard and charge you $600 to do it.

The aeration compound they used stained our concrete and porch. I tried to scrub it off, but it didn't work. I wouldn't have even needed the seeding which is extra but their service grew a bumper crop of crab grass. I called Experigreen and they did not seem overly concerned but are supposed to come & pressure wash it. If you pressure wash the wood, it will take paint off, so that will be a repaint.

Nightmare. Whatever toxic products they use killed huge patches of my once beautiful lawn. Called them, emailed photos to the rep, she said a manager would get in contact with me asap to come out and view the damage. Of course no one called me nor came out. Got scammed big time. Please do not be their next target.
