Prompt, professional service! Very pleased! Called becuase of a large, bald-faced hornet nest that appeared on the side of our house. Technician arrived within a couple of hoursand was very friendly. He discussed what the procdure would be, approximately how long it would take, and what the cost would be. Tech ensured to ask if we had any questions, and took time to ensure each question was answered before beginning. Nest neutralized and removed efficiently. Highly recommend!

Their extermination service is great, he was on time and very professional. He also explained the treatment he completed and finished by asking if I had any questions about service he completed. Their work is guaranteed. I will always use their services.

Prompt professional service! We had a large nest of wasps in the attic that chewed through the drywall and were starting to get into the house. Bright Star answered the phone when I called and they arrived on time the next day. They located where the wasps were getting in, treated the area, removed the nest, and cleaned up afterwards. Problem solved!

So if you're anything like me, insects and spiders give you the freakin' CREEPS. I found a couple of ants poking around my laundry room and was absolutely not having these uninvited guests stick around long enough to call it home. I called and Daniel was so incredibly nice. Quoted me a reasonable price range and told me he could come out less than 24 hours later. (Some of the other "big" companies around here were a week plus wait and without even hearing the full issue had quoted me crazy starting prices.) Absolute no-brainer choosing Bright Star. Daniel also happened to be the tech that came for the visit and he did a thorough inspection of my home, explaining everything there was to know about ants and ant behavior to put me a bit at ease. He must have thought I was a nutcase freaking out over a few ants but he calmed me down, make some jokes to lighten the mood, and I felt extremely confident in his knowledge and expertise. I knew what was going on, how to fix it, and he gave me options to consider so I had full control over what happened next I wasn't pressured into a long term contract. I wasn't pressured to even agree to the ant services. I appreciated the absolute honesty and real talk even though he could have easily capitalized on my stress to try and upsell me. Of course this is someone I want to do business with and he got to work right away after I signed the paperwork. He also happened to find an old hornets nest under my deck while he was here and happily took care of that too! I can't speak highly enough about Bright Star and Daniel. Personable, respectful, knowledgeable on top of fast service and reasonable prices. They will 100% be my first call should I ever have another issue!

This is one of them company’s you wish you found sooner. Daniel came out to my home did and WDI inspection before purchase. He connected with the realtor for entry did the inspection and took clear and professional pictures. He also provided a detailed report. I would strongly recommend Daniel for all your pest control needs. 10 stars if I could choose it!!!!
