Aptive employee Ramone stole my disabled veteran husband’s prescription medication. After reaching out twice to the company’s customer service line and two days after filing the complaint, we still have yet to hear from the manager as promised. Disappointed would be an understatement. I am appalled by this company’s response to such a serious situation caused by one of their employees. I will update this review once management reaches out. My experience with Aptive has been below average. We changed from another pest company based on all the things they promised. Unfortunately, we have seen more spider, wasp, mosquitoes and ant activity outside our home compared to our previous service. They had advertised as a service that was easy to communicate with, but that has not been the case. Today when I tired to cancel my service I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to a customer service rep until I was transferred to a supervisor.
