I have been using their service since April of 2025. They caught me while I was home during a stint of hospital stays and surgeries I had the whole year. I ended up being out of work and have been paying for it since I have not been able to go spray myself. Sadly, I've needed to cancel since December, But did not understand I had to talk to them over the phone. Okay. I get another call because I asked them to please cancel service for my most recent visit. I am currently living off savings and needed to cancel. This is when I was made aware that it was a contract. I cant recall being told or seeing that it was a yearly contract that I was charged monthly for, I was on heavy pain medication the day the rep came by. They also never sent me a copy of the contract or anything at all since service has started since the rep put my email address in wrong, even after spelling it out to them as I always do. No they want me to either pause my contract for two months, Pay the rest of my contract off to cancel or pay a cancellation fee that's even high than my contract pay off. I understand I signed a contract now. I was at least hoping for some sort of empathy due to my situation. There was 0 given. and that's just bad customer service. I had to cancel 2 of my visits in 2025, And they never sent someone out to spray for the canceled sessions. All around just bad customer service, and they don't care.
Thanks Nathan, I was sent a second review rating so i guess if your company insists. After having the cops called to my home. Im beyond upset. I want out of the contract, and I think you should be liable. But I digress. I made one other review for this company and I stand by that one, 5stars was earned, by an amazing employee Its been 48hrs and im so upset trying to make a reasonable email is still difficult.

Scam…. When I made the appointment representative promised that it would be 1 and 1/2 hour appointment treating each and every corner in the house but that did not happen. Worst service. Not to mention they follow bad business practices, they are changing 200$ for cancellation of the service.

We apologize if this was not clearly communicated.<br><br>We did offer to return and provide an additional treatment at no cost to ensure everything was addressed, but the offer was declined.<br><br>Regarding cancellation, the agreement reviewed at sign-up outlines the terms and associated fees for ending service early. We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re always happy to review the account details and discuss options to help find a resolution.
Called to inquire about price of bill, ended up decided to cancel my services. We have had no good experiences with this company. We got mosquito and pest services. We have had mosquitos so bad we have treated our own yard on top of them coming out. And we are still catching mice in our house and still see evidence of them everywhere. Talked with representative about cancelation fee for backing out of contract, was told $426.01 because she waived $100 for me. I was expecting to see around $600-700 on my account after taxes. They billed me over $2,000 for cancelling!!! $2,609.25 on top of the 4 other invoices totaling up to around $800, still twice what I was told. This company is a joke and they just want your money.

Hi Michaela! Thank you for sharing your feedback. The amount is $575.79, after taxes. There was a clerical error on one of the invoices, but that has since been corrected. We do offer reservices, which are at no cost to you, for us to come back out if you are still noticing pest activity. Sometimes, certain issues may take a few additional services. On 10/7 you spoke with one of our managers and got the billing sorted, but please let us know if you have any additional questions or if there is anything we can do to assist with your account!
Lied. Never treated the foundation with granules. Guy only sat in his truck. Must have a tracking device on there vehicles to show proof they were here, but not proof that they did any treatment. This has been the worse summer. Unable to enjoy the pool or sit on the deck without getting ate up from mosquitoes. Don't waste your money.

Waste of money. Pushy salesman came to my door and conned me out of my money. Never had bugs till they started their service. Maybe if it wasn’t a scam they wouldn’t have to send con men to peoples doors.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not trust any positive reviews of this company. Salesperson knocked on my door at 8:45 at night, pitch black. Got lured to the door trying to be polite. You can't tell these people no. They will claim your neighbors signed up and give you their names. They ask for your name whether or not you sign up, wonder how they got those names?? No business card (red flag) and the "discount" is not a call-in discount. Pretty clear by other low reviews that this company is a fraud. Steer clear

Scam scam scam. Do not use this place. They charged us every month and only ever showed up one time, sprayed a little and did an assessment and never showed back up. When I called to ask why they never came back, I was told they only come out every three months. Even tho I was charged four months in a row, I was never even contacted again about another spraying. I had to report them as a scam to my bank to get the payments stopped and I will be taking legal action. All of these 5 star reviews are fake. They came door to door in my neighborhood and got a bunch of my neighbors to sign up as well and have never been back to any of them. Funny if you use any other website, like yelp, the reviews for this place are all just like mine.

A sales person showed up at my door and said their service was a month-to-month contract and I could cancel any time after the first month. He also signed me up for text alerts for the service. After the first service, I got no text alerts. When I checked my credit card transaction history, I noticed I got charged for 3 months and I tried to cancel on their customer portal. There is no option to cancel on the customer portal so I called them by phone to cancel. The customer service lady told me that I signed a yearly contract, not month-to-month. She said the service was quarterly and the payment was month-to-month. I told her that her sales person (agent) informed me the payment is monthly and I can cancel without fees after the first month. She flat out told me I was wrong and what the sales person said "wasn't factual". I was forced to pay the $100 cancellation fee on top of the $107 for the 2 months I didn't use the service. These people are shady and act in bad faith. Do not recommend.

I don’t ever make reviews but for this place I feel like it’s necessary. Door to Door guy lied to me about what all was covered. I was told every kind of insect was covered and that wasn’t the case. Mosquitoes are a whole different deal. But that wasn’t explained to me before I signed the contract. The salesman gives you a discount so you can’t cancel your contract without paying the difference of the discount back so I got stuck in the contract they wouldn’t work with me whatsoever. Now they just charged me and didn’t even show up to my residence. This was my last month and I will not be renewing anything. Biggest scam I’ve ever been in. Bugs were still present at home. I know it’s impossible to keep them all away but I was very disappointed. I don’t blame the people who apply their products because isn’t there fault they worked with me more than the people who run the business. If you want to pay 100+ dollars for them to come to your house and dust off cob webs in the middle of December by all means go for it. If you have a gate to your backyard they will not enter it. They only show up when you aren’t at home during work hours and you never know when they are going to show up until like a hour beforehand. I’m sure other people have had better experiences with them but mine has been awful. Don’t get stuck like I did. My neighbor has had difficulties with them as well. So it’s not just me. I read all the good reviews beforehand and thought it would be a great service for my family. My daughter is allergic to mosquitoes and that’s what sold me. Come to find out I wasn’t receiving treatment for them. Be aware!
