Great service on time and done for quoted price.

I’m sure their work quality is fine, but they have been dodging responding to me about what they did (if they even showed up). At my rental unit, all I have repeatedly asked for was an update on what they found. I’ve called, texted and emailed and have not received anything. They had no problem taking my payment ($269.38 after I tipped….) but after that were radio silent.

Greg is Very professional, detailed oriented, Knowledgeable. Products are great they get the job welI done. I Would highly recommend this company for any pest control issues! Greg & his team have serviced my home for 5 years as a Preventative measure every quarter. I continue my services with this company for they have given me peace of mind by keeping my home pest free thus far!

Friendly and prompt same day service! We have a yellow jacket nest in a small opening near our front porch and some of them have been getting into the house somehow recently. Not good! Greg came out and provided the service quickly, and said if we’re still noticing activity in 7-10 days to call and he’ll be back to treat it again. I appreciate that the company stands by their work and will finish the job if it’s not completed in the first treatment. Thank you!

Came to give a estimate on getting rid of our yellow jacket issue and was able to do the job right then . Only took about 10 minutes to complete the job. Today is day 3 since they was out here and have not seen any yellow jackets. Definitely would recommend

Very poor communication. He came several hours outside of my requested time slot, so I was in a work meeting and could not ask any questions or get any information at all on the poison they were using to treat the nest until after it happened. I called and messaged same day to ask questions and never received communication back. 10 days after, I still had insect activity. They gave a 45 day guarantee on the service, but then did not respond to any of my calls or messages requesting them to come back out and service the house again as promised. I wouldn’t use this company again.

No bug issues since treatment.

They're all right. But I still have have the roaches. And I'm still getting treatments. We'll see how it goes

EDIT: owner called and is doing his due diligence to amend anything that needs amended…. I appreciate the follow through to achieve my satisfaction:::: Nice but improperly trained in systems and processes or customer relations… it was not clearly communicated to the service man what needed done nor was it communicated to me everything the service entailed in detail prior to receiving it. Therefore the service man was not prepared to serve me, lacking knowledge of the job and also tools to complete it. More information and a detailed explanation of services would have been nice up front and also a service man that had more knowledge of the job he came to do. He did do all he knew how to do it was just obvious he was not confident in what he knew which did not put me at ease in receiving the service. I am still unsure that my issue has been dealt with and feel like only a temporary method of control was used, due to not having the materials or knowledge to implement a more permanent solution.

S&S was thorough. This is my third time using this company. Excellent work! I’ve referred them to many people. I’ll continue to do business. Great company!

I'm very thankful for the job S$S Pest Control did to rid my house of gnats! He's promised to return if I continue to have gnat problems after 11 days!

I hope their work is better then their driving, not paying attention to road signs while nearly running proper drivers off the road
