Melanie was fantastic! She called me ahead of time to let me know when she would be arriving and any things I needed to do to prepare. She was attentive and listened to my concerns. Melanie was professional and friendly. She answered all of my questions and gave me preventative advice for the future due to the nature of my job. Her canine companion that did the inspection was very well trained and thorough. I hopefully never have to do a home inspection again but I 100% would use Rose Pest Solutions again. I will be definitely recommending them. Thank you!

I live In Ann Arbor at Miller Manor apartments. Every time they come out to spray it seems like when they are done more pests come out as if they are spraying sugar water. I actually have to treat my apartment with hotshot bed bug with egg treatment spray just to keep the bed bugs from coming into my apartment.

Cruel. They trapped Greyson a sweet Pet cat & released it far away from his home. Poor kitty is now roaming the streets & his family is devastated.

Called up the Toledo/Sylvania number. Left a message. Got a call back. Gave guy my number and address Got told that I'm out of their service area I'm only 25 minutes from the Sylvania office or so. They say they service a wide area but just not my area. Wanted to use a larger company for heat treatment services. Guy was kinda rude on the phone. So what I'm suppose to just live with this infestation. I work in Toledo area doing service work all the time.

Not good all he did was give me a price not what he. Was going to do and recommend some one else and that what we did termini cost more took time to tell me what was going to be done

Contacted Rose Pest Solutions in Toledo, Ohio on January 7, 2021 for service in the Monroe, Michigan area for bed bugs in my father's house. Initially the woman whom answered the phone was not very helpful with pest control answers for bed bugs. However we schedule for a salesman to come out to the residence and he gave us a verbal price for the bed bugs heat treatment service and he indicated he would email the contract. We expressed wanting to get the service done immediately. I also requested information on the specific heat treatment equipment that would be used for treatment inside of the residence, but the 10 year salesman, Steve was unable to provide the information on the equipment and said he did not know what kind of equipment Rose used, but would find out and let us know. I also requested a certificate of insurance for Rose Pest Solutions. The Rose Pest Solutions contract we received by email was not filled out correctly so we called the salesman to let him know and also emailed him to let him know to make the corrections in the contract. By now a couple of days had passed since Rose Pest Solutions had been to the residence and the contract was not emailed with the correct information. We then telephoned Steve the salesman and he stated when we called him: " I have other customers today to take care of so it will be later before I can get to your contract and I am very busy." When we told him we needed the job done within a week he then communicated we would have to sign the contract and pay $1200.00 up front and then he would let us know a date the service could be done. When we asked if the job would be done in a week, 2 or 3 weeks the salesman could not even give an approximate date and said you must pay the $1200.00 and sign the contract first for a date. I then called the Rose Pest Solutions office in Toledo, Ohio and spoke with Carl Embree the Manager and he also would not provide any approximate date of service and indicated we must pay first the $1200.00 up front and sign the contract. When I pursued an answer for an estimated date that Rose Pest Solutions would perform the service I was told to find another company. Buyer be ware of Rose Pest Solutions in Toledo, Ohio. To ask a potential customer to sign a contract and pay $1200.00 up front and refuse to give a commitment or estimated date as to when the service will be performed is not good business. The Manager, Carl Embree was very rude and could care less about providing any service, but poor customer service.

Got my apartment treated for bed bugs twice close to a year ago, and the bugs lingered and are as bad as they were before we got the place treated. We even bought a new couch and I got mattress and pillow protectors and they stayed. Additionally, office staff was inconsistent with help. I called to schedule a follow up when I was told to, and someone told me I would be contacted by them. A month goes by and nothing. After multiple attempts after another month or so I finally get in contact with help and they asked why I waited so long to schedule my follow up. I would not recommend Rose.

I used Rose pest control for many years at a property I managed a few years ago and they were very efficient, reliable, and customer service oriented. My most recent experience has been everything but the above listed. The office staff is rude and acts as though they are doing you a favor and not being paid for their services. They are lack luster in making your community needs a priority, and show no empathy toward your community needs and overall health. I would not recommend them to anyone after this most recent experience.
