My Uncle taught me about this place years ago. It had been 7 years since needed to go. Again as always greeted with appreciation, prices and help are AMAZING!!! Light at end of tunnel for my friend now also ;) bye buggies!!!!

DON'T RECOMMEND, they will scam you. My dad had just passed away and we were trying to sell his house he had a yellow jacket issue. We told Delroy they were coming in at the propane line outside of the house. They came out charged $330 for NOTHING they claim they couldn't find where they came in and out at. They state they have a warranty if they come back but they have a clause say it doesn't apply if nest isn't found. Then they wanted another $150 to come out and look again (what a joke) I contacted another company called Delving. They were so kind and felt sorry we were taken advantage of by Delroy as we're grieving. They came out free of charge, unless able to treat. Listened right where i told them, the propane line outside of the house. Treated them on the spot. Delving gave a hefty discount for the treatment since Delroy scammed me out of $330 already. PLEASE do not use them. You were warned

Great experience, great products. They have everything from spider spray to bee stuff and everything else in between. I've never had a product from here that didn't work well. Skip the monthly follow-up stuff w the pros as these are commercial products you can do this yourself.

I've been coming here for over 20 years. A commercial exterminator recommended them to me. They have everything from spider spray to bee spray. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought bee killer for a nest I had add bug killer you put down your drains.

Out-of-state investors, be cautious with this guy. I was quoted $800 for a 900 sq. ft. vacant single-family home with bed bugs. After his inspection, he claimed we never mentioned it was a single-family home — that he thought it was an apartment and that the house was much larger, plus he suddenly said there were cockroaches. We had clearly stated from the start that the property was a vacant 900 sq. ft. single-family home. After all his excuses and attempts to raise the price, I decided to hire someone else. It felt like he was trying to take advantage of us because we’re out-of-state investors.

The bee swarm went away in 2-3 days as predicted!

My dad used Delroy for all his rental properties going back to the early eighties. I continue to use them, and they have always been the goto bug eliminator. They have the knowledge and experience to deal with pests.

A few years back I had bed bugs, of course my apartment complex wouldn't do anything about it, so I went to delroy's, and I have told my friends and swear by delroy's if I ever get bed bugs again, because all of their bed bug products worked, and I would definitely recommend delroy's...

They know theirs stuff and they are really friendly. They never try to make ver sell you. They help guide you in the direction that will give you the best outcome. Their prices are great. Such knowledge staff.

Called back within 30 days beacuse my tenant was still having issues and was told there is no warranty on the treatment and I would have to pay again for service. I contacted another company and they advised they will warranty the work if the issue remains within a 30 day time frame like most reputable companies would do. I should have looked at the reviews first before doing business with this company.

The person who answered the phone gave me an attitude from the gate. He basically hung up on me after I reciprocated his energy. This place can keep their services. I don’t have a problem paying for quality service elsewhere. This place did me a favor by showing me that they don’t value the consumer.

I called this company due to a driver on the expressway driving extremely unsafe for others, I called the number plastered on the truck. Just to find out that the guy I talked to said he would address it, but 2 minutes later I go a call from the driver saying I was wrong, after arguing with me, I hung up, he called me back to argue more. I called Cornelious AGAIN, asking why he gave the driver MY phone number to call and harass me. The guy called me 3 times. Why would they give my contact info for that awful driver to CALL me directly. Awful customer service, awful drivers, terrible customer service. Rate 0 driver should be tested for drugs/alcohol, thats how bad the driver was! Maybe the police will find him before his company decides to act.

Called for information the man who answered the phone was unhelpful and extremely rude . First impression was not pleasant, I will be finding another company to use.

Called Del-Roy and asked if I could schedule for a free estimate. Person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I'll take my business elsewhere!

Sold me a product for 3x's as much as the Box stores and refused to refund (within hours of purchase and unopened). I believe in supporting small and local, but not being robbed. Disappointing lesson learned. They gentlemen on the phone spoke as if he wasn't apart of the organization saying, "they wouldn't refund you". I asked, well who are you, aren't you apart of the organization and he replied yes. The call ended and unsatisfied with how the call went, I went to the companies website and read the FAQ: return policy which states, they do refund unopened products. So I called back and the gentlemen was upset about what I found on the website. The second call ended with a whatever dude, CLICK!
