They are greatly priced, and it does not matter what time of the day it is, they make sure to come out SAME DAY, they aren't worried about just "getting the job done", they treat your home like one of their own!

HORRIBLE! We heard scratching and had droppings. Richard and Brian came out and said we had bats. They said they’re the only ones around that do bat removal. They are not. Paid them $1250 to seal up cracks.They used white caulk on my black gutters and dark green siding. Came out a second time to finish sealing because they forgot their long ladder the first time. Drilled a trap into my brand new siding. No where near the bats. Two weeks later we still had droppings and scratching. Not one bat had excited the trap. We called another company and they came out and said that we don’t have bats. We have mice. Very easy to tell the difference between the two droppings. Two weeks later the mice are gone. Now they are avoiding my calls and will not refund me my money. They did one treatment and think they get to keep my money. These guys are a joke. Don’t waste your time and money.

So please to give an honest and positive review for this family business. For a house that was infested with bed bugs and was told the worst infestation ever they went above and beyond communication, follow through, the way they conducted themselves in a courteous and business like manner on top of the affordable pricing given. They beat all the other exterminators out there to shame and have every right to stand proud at the way they stand by their word and business! You won't be disappointed! I was so pleased with the help that I received from McVeen & Sons'! Not only were they professional, but they truly cared, and reassured me that all would be well (and it was!). Very soon after I made the call to McVeen, someone was at my house ready to get to work! I was even offered some great tips to protect my car and home when traveling in the future! You will not believe the amount of respect you get from this company. Fast service, on-TIME! There when they say they will be and doing what they say their gonna do! Support these dudes! The pests in your neighborhood won't like them.

We have used McVeen a couple times for different issues and they are wonderful!! Super nice and very helpful!! Compared to other services we have used in the past their prices are very reasonable! Great service and would recommend!!

I looked at their website It had a 3 tier plan it looked affordable so I called. That is not what we do I was told. We come out charge you almost $400 for a 3 month guarantee THEN we will do monthly fees. It is not what your website says. I do not do business when deception is at play

I contacted them for bed bug removal in my residence they gave me a price and they came the next day said 3 treatments and all should be good, well the second visit I waited at home all day called several times no answer also left messages the next day my wife called and spoke with the father who says he owns the company and he found his son had left the company phone at the office and had multiple missed calls, texts and voice mails. They came promptly the next day and sprayed again taking only 20 mins max each time to spray and we were told they would give us a 4 month warranty. The 3rd visit the son brought “help” with him to move furniture and other bedding which never happened the first 2 times and I was informed the chemicals were very hazardous however they never wore masks or took other precautions against said chemicals this session only took 10 mins and I stayed on my property after they left and walked the house I saw little to no chemicals sprayed around my bed frames or wood floors and I even moved bedding with no sign of moisture. I will also add on the first visit Richard the son says hey I see you have a gun safe if you want to trade guns for my services I’ll be glad to do that with you, this dude is sketchy as heck watch out and don’t use this company. We now have more bed bugs and are in the process of buying our own commercial grade chemicals to spray in hopes to kill what this poor excuse of a company never did do like they claim

Originally very affordable and responsive. Not always available for repeat treatments. Currently waiting over an hour for service scheduled at noon. Called to full voice-mail today.
