We love Greener Grass for our lawn and pest control. Love that it’s organic. The guys are great and always give a heads up before arriving. Detail instructions left at door and in email. Especially love it when Stephen comes to do pest control. You walk out door and everything smells like peppermint!! It’s wonderful.

I was not impressed with results of service, I watched tech do backyard and totally miss center of yard the motorized broadcast spreader did not throw it that far. Then the company asking for tech tips is crazy. and all the add on they said tech noticed bug damage ?? I have it done once a month. Now I get a letter to pay before 12/31 (Hello Christmas time) and save less than twenty dollars.. One season was enough!

They've really gone downhill. They hound you about coming back to them but don't show up to do the job. Excuse after excuse. Not the same place I used a couple of years ago.

Since the beginning of of this season we have had weeds in our yard (including my neighbor beside me) still to this day we have tons of weeds. Including crab grass which wasnt there last year or year before!! Very disappointed to say the least! I could go on and on with the photos.
I thought an "organic" approach would be a good idea. I'm left with a yard that has never looked this bad. I wasn't impressed with the results last year (full year of treatment) but decided to give them another shot. It's so bad this yearthat I fired them halfway through the year. My yard is indistinguishable with a neighbor that doesn't treat their yard. If that wasn't bad enough, we now have Fairy Rings in our yard. Whatever Greener Grass is using, it doesn't work well so because of that, they are overpriced and ineffective. Update - I apologize your team didn't notify you that I was unhappy but this shouldn't have been a surprise. Oasis Lawn Care has fixed all the issues that Greener Grass created. Whether you knew about the issues or not, it doesn't change the fact that our grass never looked as bad as it did with your service. Worthy of the 1 star

Hi Scott-<br>Thanks for taking the time to chat with our Operations Manager, Matt, today when he stopped out. We'd never heard a complaint or concern from you. Our technicians had not reported any issues during visits either. So he wanted to take a look and see what warranted your one-star rating. He mentioned that you'd told your wife that you 'weren't thrilled' with the results. We always offer free service calls if you have something you have questions about. <br><br>Matt said that the density of the lawn is great and there are no weeds that you were concerned about. He said that you were mostly unhappy with the color of the lawn. He did mention that your lawn is primarily Ryegrass, which is the least resistant cool season turf type, when it comes to heat and drought stress. Ryegrass lawns are always the first to show signs of stress when we have super hot temperatures like we've seen off and on for the last few weeks. Since your neighbors have Ryegrass too, then I would expect both lawns to exhibit similar signs of stress during the same weather patterns. The Fairy Ring is an underground fungus. It's not easily controlled with a product treatment. You can aerate that area and water it deeply to help clear that up. <br><br>Again, I wish you would have reached out to discuss your concerns at any point over the last year and a half. You can always easily reach us by phone, responding to your pre and post service emails or via our two-way texting system with scheduling alerts. Thanks again for talking with Matt so we could better understand how you're feeling.
EDIT: Finally got someone to answer the phone, yes the account has been formally cancelled, it was under my husband's name. Nonexistent customer service. I called three times after treatments, begging for a return call so I could discuss with them the non-organic items being used on our yard against our wishes. Absolutely zero response. If they show up here again, I will have them charged with trespassing, because they have been told to not continue the service.

Very disappointed. Spent close to $900 over the course of a year and still have lots of nutsedge and weeds and bald spots. Canceled their service. Edit: In response to the owner below, we did call and ask for weed service. I believe the technician sprayed the neighbors lawn and not ours. Their driveway was flagged and not ours. Their weeds went away and not ours. Another time we called for weed service your company waited a couple of weeks until you were coming out for service anyway, giving the weeds a few more weeks to grow. Our understanding when we signed up was that we could have the weeds sprayed between services. This was not the case for us . A field manager was scheduled to come meet us on our property but 10 minutes before they were to show they called and canceled. 2nd Edit: You actually canceled on us on October 4th at 2:50 pm. We let you reschedule us for Thursday and we called and canceled that appointment. Nice way to treat an unsatisfied customer.

Hey Beth,<br>We have notes from the call when our manager was to come out to inspect your lawn. Your husband called our office that morning @ 8:25am. You began yelling in the background and then Bob told us not to come out. You statement about US cancelling this appointment is totally false. The fact that you are okay making blatantly false statements in a public forum does little for your credibility.<br><br>Bob also mentioned that morning that we treat your neighbor's lawns on either side of you and theirs look great! I think this speaks to the fact that our program does work very well and there is something else having an impact on the condition of your lawn.<br><br>When we first met and you signed up in September of 2021 I inspected your lawn. It was being mowed much too short. We discussed the importance of mowing height and how cutting your grass too short is very bad on the root system of the lawn. I also mentioned that this will cause density issues, allowing for weeds to thrive. Maintenance practices have a huge impact on the performance of a lawn and the effectiveness of weed control. As you look to make a change for your lawn service I highly recommend that you consider adjusting your mowing height to the proper range of 3.5"-4". Many of the problems you are experiencing will persist if this change is not made like we suggested.<br><br>Weed touch ups are based on the time of the last service or the time of the next service. It's important not to do treatments too close together.<br><br>Nutsedge is a very pervasive weed, as it mainly spreads through an extensive underground network of rhizomes. However, we do offer free service calls specifically for resilient weeds. Two weeks after a treatment if the weeds haven't died off, or new ones pop up, if you let us know we will return at no cost and treat them all again. Weed control is an ongoing process, and can take patience. Communication is essential for us to be able to meet your expectations and goals. The people were super nice. I was so excited at the promise of having a beautiful lawn while using pet friendly processes. After 2 years of service, my lawn looks worse than when they started. For the first year I approved every additional service offered. When I asked what could be done to improve the lawn, I was told to do more of the same. However, I was told that to improve my lawn I should cut down some trees. If their services couldn't improve my lawn because of the trees, I should have been told that up front.

As the landscape matures over time the growing conditions for your lawn may become more difficult. Thinning out some of the tree canopies would allow more filtered sunlight to reach the lawn. This doesn't mean cutting down all of the trees on the property. A professional tree company can advise you more about the details of this process. As we get to know our client's lawns we like to make different suggestions about what will help out the most. Very disappointed in the service! I was told a price for my lawn and signed an agreement, while being told it was a standard monthly amount that was adjusted based on customer needs, that if we changed our mind at any point it would not be an issue to adjust the monthly amount or stop the agreement at any point. This was not the case. We decided not to include a portion of our yard, which we were told by the sales person our bill would be adjusted down since it billed by square footage and it would be done without any difficulty. I called the office several times and could not get my bill or the changes made to the agreement. Getting the bill adjusted took months and multiple calls just to get a corrected bill. I then paid the bill once the bill was adjusted properly, but continued to get mail and calls. In the mean time they turned it over to a collection agency instead of adjusting the bill properly the first call or even listening to what their salesman had told us in a verbal agreement. They send college kids out to get your business and evidently there is some disconnection in what they are offering or selling the consumer. Even after the bill was paid the collection agency continued to harass us with calls and letters. Our lawn unfortunately did not have any changes after several treatments. Another disappointment and reason I will never use this company wasting over $215 without any changes to my lawn . Very disappointed in the product and services and would not recommend to anyone! If the management would have done the right thing for a few bucks this would have not gone any further. Very disappointed and this will unfortunately leave a taste in my mouth to not trust or use any future lawn services.

Hi Linda-<br><br>I am sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with the billing for your services. Your invoices were based on what was clearly stated on the service agreement that you signed. When you called to inquire about reducing the treatment area we measured that portion of the lawn. It was then explained that the area you wanted to removed was not large enough to move the price per our pricing structure. I think the total size of this area was about 400 sq. ft. We are happy to adjust our pricing when the square footage of the new treatment area warrants a change. In your case, unfortunately it did not.<br><br>The sales rep that you met with is 29 years old. He is not a college kid, as you stated. The collection agency only sent letters and did not place any phone calls regarding this matter. If you received a letter after your payment was made then it was most likely in between the payment time and when it was updated in the software of the collection service. Occasionally these do cross paths. Sorry about that. If you had paid the balance in (or at least the portion that you felt you owed) in a timely manner then this would not have gone any further. Payment for the first invoice in question was over 100 days past due.<br><br>I wish that you had seen better results from the three applications that you did receive. However, the results of the program will vary from lawn to lawn, based on many factors such as the soil health, maintenance/mowing practices and pH levels. The timeline for improvement is dependent on the overall health and condition of the lawn when we being services. If a lawn has been neglected for a long period of time it will naturally take more time to get the lawn back into satisfactory condition. Wouldn't you agree?
I called on May 24th, 2018. I called to get a estimate on my lawn care, and was spoken to very rudely via telephone. Furthermore, after reading these reviews I am extremely happy that I went with a different lawn service company. I do not want a thief on my property and I am happy that I read these reviews before choosing this company!
