I made a very poor choice to pay Expert Pest $106 to tell me what I already knew (I had termites). What I did not know was the astronomical charge if they were to treat the pests (over $2,000) and that treatment only came with a one year warranty. If I wanted the five year warranty I would need to have an annual inspection (over $300 each year). Needless to say I have sought other options and found them to be much more cost effective. The tech, James, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and had an abundance of patience with my elderly father. He was very thorough with the treatment and even inspected the house for any evidence of additional issues. My father said he “can sleep through the night again” now that the house has been treated. We will definitely recommend James and Expert Pest Management to anyone needing their services.

I attempted to remove 2 in ground hornet's nests which didn't go well, so I called Expert Pest Mgnt and they had a Technician, (Raul) come out in a couple of hours. He explained exactly what needed done and in a matter of 20 minutes he had both nests eliminated. Super professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for any pest problems. Also, the price was very affordable.
