Accel is awesome - excellent customer service from everyone. Shannon did my termite inspection - she is so knowledgeable about termites as well as other pests. The inspection was very thorough and she asked many questions. Highly recommend! Colin treated my house for termites on 3/17, he was punctual, polite, and answered all of my questions. He rang the doorbell and walked off to do the outside. He NEVER CAME BACK TO DO THE INSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was here about two seconds . For a service business, y’all know nothing about customer service!!!!

Initially the service(s) offered seem great - decent staff, no pressure sales and cost effective. However the initial impression is turning out to be too good to be true. The pest inspection went ok, initial treatment wasn’t available for nearly a week, so first treatment this was June 11th. While there was a big issue with Wolf spiders getting in and some wasps, little interior treatment was done. I called back on July 1st as issues had initially improved but then picked up - spiders mostly. I keep a tidy yard and home so when it picked back up not only was I getting the ick it was frustrating as the treatment should work longer. So a follow-up/repeat was scheduled for July 11th - after making a request on July 1st. Again same thing as the tech came right at the end of the service window (12-4pm) - after I called the service number around 3pm wondering if I was still on the schedule. Well as soon as they arrived it began raining so no treatment. The tech told me they could add me to Thursday’s schedule, which I made work on my end too. Never got any confirmation on this. Called the service number on July 12th to ask if anyone could come sooner and it seemed I wasn’t even on the re-schedule at all for July 13. The customer service rep added me to the schedule for July 13 between 10-12pm which I Received a confirmation text for and I confirmed as soon as I received it. Whelp it’s July 13th and 12:40pm, not a peep from Accel on their ETA or if they are coming. While the price may seem budget friendly it seems you get what you pay for and I have now spent 6 hours this week waiting at my home this week intentionally on standby waiting for service. Let’s not even get into the crawlspace work they did with new vents and a vapor barrier - I ended up with several loose bricks that you could clearly see from the vent installs. :-(

Accel likes to take your money immediately but if you find a different company more suitable to your needs they become very unresponsive. Very quick with texts until I demand my money back when no service was provided! The people in the office don’t even know how their billing system works, they said your payments aren’t tied to a particular service, what kind of response is that! It’s all setup to take as much from you and give you as little possible. Do better Accel!!

After 3 visits from your company i still have ants everywhere. The last visit was supposed to include a manager. My ring camera clocked a whopping 9 seconds of someone walking by. Not ONE person you have sent even looked at my front porch where the ants actually are. You have lost a good customer!

Came in, looked around a tiny little bit gave and outrageously expensive quote for termite treatment. Got a second inspection. We found out there is absolutely no signs of termites it's water damage and the bugs seen we're ants and ant larvae. These guys are ripping people off and don't care.

I apologize that you had that experience with our inspector. We realize mistakes can happen and employ a process that the technician identifies the same pest prior to the treatment. Wrong analysis would not only be frustrating to the customer but as well as the company because a treatment for termite does not solve ants. Just as an ant treatment would not solve termites. With that being said if you only had 2 opinions I would offer to be a 3rd opinion to verify that we got that wrong. With over 20 years of pest control experience I have seen several times misidentification happens from inexperience or just an error from competitors. It is never in our interest or direction to give incorrect information to a potential customer.
