Do not hesitate to call them for any pest problems They should be the first company u call for opinions and quotes. i had Termite problem: From the moment i called Jim at truly Nolen winston salem I could tell he was diff from the other pests control companies. An office or scheduler does not answer the phone, instead u speak Directly to the owner and expert himself. He was patient and able to answer some of my concerns over the phone. Appreciate his honest opinions compared to other professionals. When he got here (on time!) Answered all my concerns and questions with care. Pricing was RIGHT as he was able to work out a solution for my situation (1 time treatment near window area where termites are evident) Other companies were charging thru the roof for multiple said needed treatments+PLUS monthly payments for a 12 yr mandatory contract with them. I was not looking for this, nor could my family do this-- just wanted what needed to be done to get them out. He was able to offer this. Service and care was all top notch u can tell they care about doing a great job.

He actually listened to our concerns and designed a comprehensive solution to take care of our present problem plus prevent future problems. Jim did a great job, came out promptly for an inspection, answered all of our many questions, and explained everything in detail. I am very impressed with the service that I received. The technician arrived on time and was prepared to work. He took his time to explain everything he was doing and ways to help improve the bug situation.
