I have struggled with this company for a year to have someone make an appointment and actually show up on time. People tend to just show up whenever they feel like it and today was my last straw. A man came on announced without a phone call or an appointment into my backyard with a shovel. I have a dog that is a rescue who is extremely aggressive and I did not know that there was anyone in my backyard, surprised me when my dog starts going crazy.
