Seriously, if I could give a 0 star, I would. Had an appointment scheduled between 4-6 pm and the tech was supposed to call me 30 minutes before arriving. Around 5:50 pm, I called to see where my tech was. I was advised that they couldn’t reach him by phone, but would email him to call me with an ETA. And since my review a year ago, they have failed to show up for scheduled appointments over and over and over. They schedule a time, send a text and then don't show. And when I try to call, they dont answer their phone. They keep promising to do better and that they are short staffed and any number of other excuses - they even bad mouthed the staff person I initially left a positive review about. Very un professional they promise if you have any issues after they’ve treated they’d come right back out to retreat so because my next scheduled treatment is due in 2 weeks they are giving me the run around because they want to get paid because of the way the billing is set up which isn’t a problem but why make me and my family suffer over a payment that your still going get I even asked them to move the service date up they refused.
